I had a great experience using the online bookstore. It was quick and easy. I did not have to waste any time trying to find my textbooks.

Easy to navigate , many options of book prices and if any issue they would help resolve it

Originally, I was a bit skeptical to use this site. The book shipped out quickly, but there was a delay with USPS. It was expected though due to Covid and issues with delivery and so I made sure to order my book for the Spring Semester much earlier. I received the book yesterday and it was in excellent condition. The price for the book was remarkable and the quality of the book is pristine. I will definitely use this site in the future to purchase books as the price is super cheap.

It has been almost one month since my textbook was returned and they will not refund my money. Do not purchase books from this company!

I don't know yet but will see, only place I found this book was here. Didn't say anything about hard cover or paperback. Beef and cattle science part 1, 7th edition. Please be paperback and send invoice with shipment.

the shipping address is why it was canceled, why not just a text to ask? Went back to re-order book and now instead of $67.94, it's bumped up to over $100. STILL NOT RIGHT!

Worse book seller ever, I ordered a book from them...it took 3 weeks for the book to be delivered and they delivered the book without the course codes which were suppose to be bundle with the book. Stay away from this book sellers, its a ripoff!

I order the textbook on 8/24/20 and right now is 9/12/20. I still didn't receive the textbook and my class was need the textbook for the homework. Bad seller ever and don't buy or rent from them, worst store I ever seen.

Still waiting on my package , status confirmed on the website but no updates on if it has been shipped and I contacted the seller no reply , I even paid extra for it to get here from Sept 1 - sept 8 , and yet it’s sept 4 and still no book. If it’s not here by sept. 8 id like my refund . Highly disappointed, you buy a book from what looks like a legit textbook website and get scammed ?!!! Unbelievable ! Order number : 3613271 no tracking available . $8.99 I paid extra for shipping yet the book is still late. What makes matters worse is it’s shipping from the same state , or should’ve been here in 1-2 days!

I thought I had an invalid access code and got sent phone hopping in between two brands. Ben suggested one thing and my code started working! SO grateful for the customer service I received today!

I bought a math textbook with the lab code from them. Expecting to have received a hard covered book rather they send me a janky thing that goes into a binder. they flipped from the textbook manufacturer. It came about 3 weeks late and by the time I received it the class was starting and it said no refunds. On the Pearson website to get the same thing with the access code it would have been $125 but Textbookx sold it to me for $200 not specifying it wasn't going to be a hardcover/softcover book rather a bunch of loose-leaf that they were going to resell and ship late because they probably ordered it off the company website than sent it to me making a $75 profit. I will not further any business with them and I will ensure no one does business with this shady business. I will get the local colleges to stop using them.

The initial encounter was they cancelled my order because I guess they were selling the loose-leaf edition for cheaper and then they thought "oh.. Lets not honor this".

Do yourself a favor and just buy it directly from the textbook company. I highly don't recommend dealing with this. If I just bought it off pearson I would have definitely gotten it faster because they woulden't have been flipping textbooks and would have been cheaper.

this is the worst book page that I ever made, I ordered a 250 book on the 28th and they didn't shipped yet. I am missing 2 assignment because of them.

I ordered an ebook and two others that are supposed to be shipped out and I haven't gotten them yet. When I tried to check my order it's telling me my order number isn't the correct one. Those books are required for this semester. The ebook is not even there in the library. I would like to have my book. If that's not possible I would like my refund back. I'm not getting financial aid refund to buy book. I buy my books out of pocket.

One of my required textbooks that I NEED for a class still hasn't come in yet, what gives?! I ordered it more than THREE WEEKS ago, and at the time of ordering, it said back ordered, ships in 1 to 2 weeks, so why do I still have NOTHING, I ask you? NEVER buying a single book from here ever again, I should have went to Amazon or Barnes and Noble, heck, even ebay. I so wish I could give 0 stars, why is this not an option?

I had bought a textbook worth $100. I had opened the package and I didnt even take the textbook out of its wrapper or used the acess code. I didnt need it no more so I had it return and they said they could refund me because it was open and considered used. So I call them and they said they couldn't do nothing and I ask if I would be getting the book back and they said no because it was discarded. So basically I get no refund nor the book back.

This company is only the middle-man. They do not have books themselves, they only pass the order on to the actual book seller. This information is not readily seen on their home page. Both they and the actual seller are terrible. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
