First class service. I honestly thought that when I got my prepaid envelope that I would get hounded with calls. Nope - filled my bag with unwanted jewellery, old coins, mobile phone and within 48 hours got a reasonable valuation and the money was in my account before I ended the call. Great service

My experience was a positive one after some hesitation about sending my precious things through the post but it was all good posted on Monday morning they phoned me on the Tuesday with a price paid into my bank while I was speaking to them no problem at all would definitely use them again !

I really didn’t know what to expect and sent various items of gold and silver and broken items. Some were really old too. They phone me the next day to make the offer, which was more than i expected. They send the payment there and then as you are on the phone to them. Excellent service and would use them again. Highly recommended.

Very quick easy service. Less than 24hrs of posting my items I received a phone call and offer and money was in my account in minutes. If you have old rings, old gold/silver broken necklaces or bracelets give it a go. I'm quids in.

I ordered my free post envelope from Textgold and received it within a couple of days. It came with all the info required to return it. I posted my items at the post office to Textgold on the 12/02/25 and received my quote on the 13/02/25 which I accepted. This is one of the easiest ways to get money for odd, broken or damaged gold.

It was all so simple. I requested a bag and put in the items. Then posted it. The next day they told me the amount and once I had accepted it it was in my account
