Avoid this scam company

Chat support is non existent so they never respond. They don't answer letters either.

It is not possible to delete the account: you must write an eMail to the eMail address for support but this response comes back:

Your message was not delivered to support (mail address) because the address could not be found, or is unable to receive mail.

Textografo's product is very unreliable. The option to export your work is very weak: PNG or SVG. The textografo is unfit for work. Textografo is a very very buggy software and a fraudulent company is behind the textografo software.

Avoid this scam company because they lie and rip you off.
