5 stars for sure. Textus helps me efficiently reach out to multiple people daily for my work. It is essential for maintaining relationships and helping build new ones. It is very user friendly and has a dark mode which is an awesome feature if you work in front of a computer screen all day. I would absolutely recommend.

I have been working as a recruiter and using text us for a year now. I find it very beneficial and it's helped keep up with younger candidates who prefer texting over email and phone calls for updates. I love the campaign feature especially for mass texts.

I use TextUS every day for work in recruiting, its reliable and user friendly! TextUs is a great investment for business use, so personal numbers dont have to be used as often. Reduces a lot of unneeded hassle with calls and text outside of work hours!

Pop-out doesn't work all the time. Campaigns should be able to hold more than 50 people at one time

Easy to use platform, easy to keep track of texts. Makes communication much faster, via cell, PC or laptop.

Text us has made my work easier and more proffesional. it also has made my work more trust worthy i can always go back and check when i text wh to whom. Tex us is fats and reliable.

We would love to have mass text ability on mobile app. Other than that, text us is generally seamless and gives us an easy way to communicate with our student residents.

Textus is very usefull tool in my job i get to contact more than 300 candidate each day it makes my work way more easy

User friendly

The structure of your system is user-friendly. I like the way it collaborates with our CRM system. Most importantly, it has all the necessary components for our day-to-day efforts, including templates and auto-replies. It has been an efficient and effective addition to my activities, especially since texting has become a common - bordering on exclusive - way for many people to communicate.

As a Staffing Manager and Recruiter, TextUs saves me an ENORMOUS amount of time in scheduling and rescheduling interviews, marketing positions through text blasts, interview reminders, as well as shift scheduling. We had a super flexible position where we had to plug people into shifts they preferred so TextUs was perfect for reaching out to fill shifts. This is one of my favorite tools, especially since a lot of people don't read emails or return phone calls. Many are working and can't take phone calls during the work day. Send a text with your info and they can reach out when they have time. Highly recommend!

TextUs provides an excellent tool for contacting busy physicians and healthcare providers. Much more effective than emails or cold calls! They system provides a superior ability to track activity and to interface with our ATS.

Text us is the quickest way to get in touch with our potential providers. They can respond immediately & usually do. The response appears in my emails as well as on TextUs so that I know immediately when I have received a response. This isn't just a one day experience. I have been using Textus for at least a year. I love it!

TextUs is great. However, it doesn't allow us to schedule an indefinite automatic recurring campaign for just the weekdays. When scheduling an auto-recurring campaign, it must have an end date. If not, this will continue to send messages through the weekend. It would have been an excellent tool if we could schedule an indefinite recurring campaign for the weekdays (Monday through Friday).

I am very delighted to have the usage of Textus. It helps to have it connected to my phone for continued quick visibility any applicant needing my assistance.

TextUs is awesome! Much faster to use when you are doing workflow than your cell for texting and great for getting campaigns out there quickly. It has made my recruiting life much more streamlined especially the new synced functionality with our ATS system. I couldn't live without it now!
