Card machine is easy to use ,No any problems for me at all ☺️
Theo was extremely helpful and very attentive. At times where I felt inpatient, he was able to execute help and assistance in a polite, patient, fast and efficient way which made me more confident in joining Teya.
Absolutely horrible app which continues to fail. 20+ attempts daily to login, customer service constantly say “ I will pass it on to the tech team “ which takes up to 48 hours for a reply and funds are withheld as no other way to receive them into the bank without logging in the app. Avoid using this company at all costs otherwise you will be stressed to death

Excellent product... Definitely recommend everyone... Best price value what they offer all services free compared to other Worldpay rubbish... Clover rubbish... I have used them don't buy .. Get this company Teya very ethical pricing.
Accused of fraud without explanion or proof. Terminated account and witholding funds. They are beyond useless.

I have had an extremely stressful experience with Teya.
My business account has effectively been unusable for over three weeks. It first started when I updated my phone number, which took nearly two weeks to resolve just to regain login access. As soon as that was fixed, my account was immediately restricted again after making a legitimate business payment to Copart for a vehicle purchase.
I was told there were “anomalies” in their system and that a review would take no more than five working days. That deadline has now passed and my funds are still inaccessible.
During this time:
I have called support multiple times.
I have spoken to a Birmingham-based team member.
Two representatives even visited my premises and assured me it would be resolved by Friday.
The promised timeframe expired with no resolution.
Because of this restriction:
My accounts with Euro Car Parts and NAPA Auto Parts have been affected as I cannot make payments.
Direct debits with E.ON have failed.
My business operations have been severely disrupted.
I fully understand compliance checks are necessary, but preventing a business from accessing its own funds for weeks without clear communication or resolution is unacceptable.
I have now formally escalated the complaint. I urgently need access to my accounts and funds.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Teya to other business owners who rely on uninterrupted access to their working capital.
