Nicely repaired but beware - long queues!
My PS4 disc drive stopped working so I sent it to this company because of the good reviews. They quoted about 8-10 days to repair the console but when I logged on to my TFix account, I was 58th in a queue. No problem, I can wait, but the issue was, the queue was going down very slowly. After 11 days, I only went down from 58 to 52. There is an option to pay £30 to use the VIP queue jump service, which I guess people were doing because it pushes you back up the queue every time someone uses that service. I didn’t want to use this service because I just want the PS4 fixed for as reasonable price as I can. I emailed TFix and expressed that as the PS4 is one of my only sources of entertainment during lockdown, and considering how long the queue was and how slowly it was going down, i didn’t think I was going to get the console back within over a month. However, TFix did reply promptly and put me into the VIP service free of charge, and I had my PS4 back and fixed in a few days. I will give 4 stars because postage to them is free, you can see your item live in the queue and they satisfactorily dealt with my complaint and fixed my PS4 to a high standard.
Great Service from start to finish
Great Service from start to finish. I was okay waiting as long as I did because I could see the progress being made on other units in front of me. HDMI port fixed and once complete was a speedy return.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Sent my switch to TFix to sort out my problem. Every step of the way I was informed of where my switch was. Update every other day to let me know the progress. Very smooth experience. I would highly recommend this company.
Great work however took so long
Great work however took so long! Advertised 9-11 days on there website and took a month. They did the job, happy with my PS4 back but the amount of time it took seems ridiculous. Was cheaper than other places however.
Defective Xbox which had stopped
Defective Xbox which had stopped working, with suspected HDMI problem. Getting the device over to Tfix was really easy and the updates from them , once they had received the device, were plentiful. The one area where things could perhaps have been better was the time taken for the repair to be made and to get the device back. Other than that - excellent and I would recommend to anyone

We sent out our headphones over 5 weeks…
We sent out our headphones over 5 weeks ago, we have had regular updates which is great, however, they have since emailed and called to say they couldn't fix it and we can either have £3 for the headphones OR pay a further £10 to receive the damaged headphones back??? Either option is a big kick in the teeth, why would you want the headphones if they cannot be fixed? I am disappointed with this response.

Xbox repair
We have just had an XBox repaired and the service was excellent. They kept us up to date with the repair right from informing us when the box had been received, right to the point when the repair was done and the box dispatched back to us. They were efficient and professional and I cannot fault their service.
Easy to use
Easy to use, updated regularly, bit slow, but with work volume and current climate it wasn't an issue for me.
Will most probably send all the tech my kids break to these guys.
Expensive, slow but great repair
I chose this repair company purely on its great reviews and claimed fast service, however this was not the experience I got. I got a great repair can’t fault that at all but it did take weeks before we had our PS4 back and it was very pricey too double the initial quote. I believe it would also have taken longer had I not emailed them to query how long it’s taking and it was then done within the wk just after if you include waiting for parts time. I do like that you get regular updates tho and you can track the progress.

The service I chose as you will see online was the only appropriate option if the ps4 does not turn on and the option I chose was this. I am sorry I have offended with an honest review I have also highlighted the repair itself was great can’t fault that just the expense and time taken, which if it was needed fair enough. However to be told it was beyond repair in your reply was certainly not what was said at the time. Options were given whether to repair or buy new yes and I chose repair as it was the slightly cheaper option out the two. I am grateful for the repair which i payed for but for the amount payed I would have expected much quicker turn around. That’s the service that was sold on the site and why I chose your service. I am not misleading anyone just being honest.
