This is the worse computer company I have ever had to deal with. Sent a tablet back when it wouldn't charge was told it was my fault and I would have to pay for the repair or I could get my money back minus the repair cost.

We have bought two of their tablets. Both working great at first, but now the second one developed a fault and would not charge.
Sent it back for repair and after weeks of zero communication they just sent back the old tablet with no explanation of what they'd done. Turns out the tablet hadn't been repaired at all. They finally agreed to replace it - but once again no communication. No response to emails. No one answering the phone. No idea if we will actually get a replacement.
Great product (when it worked) but abysmal customer service.
Lost all confidence in future purchases from this company, which is sad.
(First one we bought is working just great).

Ordered tablet. Day 9 (working day 5) it's at the opposite end of the country. I know that as after day 7 and an email to customer service I was supplied with the correct tracking link (with no explanation) as opposed to an usable one on confirmation. Shoddy. Wish I'd just bought a Samsung on Amazon, I guess there's a reason people don't search for British alternatives.

Just purchased and received my first 10.1 tablet from tfortablet.com.. fast free delivery.. Great specs.. I love the feel of this tablet.. battery life is amazing.. screen is very clear.. amazing price for what you get.. I'm going to order another tablet for my daughter.. would recommend to anyone

I ordered a tablet for my boyfriend for Christmas and they were clear on delivery time. When I asked if it could sent earlier, a few days before I needed it, they sent in express delivery for no extra charge.
Martin has always been extremely helpful and friendly and gets back to our emails in a flash!

The tablet is ace, I dont know why people spend hundreds of pounds on them when the neoCore does exactly the same at the rest of them.

Highly recommend.
