Thanks for taking the time to provide us this feedback, however I'm really sorry that you were left feeling so disappointed by your recent purchase.
As this order was sent to Dubai it is the customers responsibility for import duty.
On our website we do state - "For international orders, please beware that the buyer is responsible for payment of import duties and local taxes – once UPS or customs have your parcel they will make contact with you in order to pay this fee. To make the process quicker please ensure you provide correct contact details and any VAT / EORI number if applicable."
