Withdrawals took me 3 days and then they forced me to kyc before i could continue more withdrawals, be careful with funds

I deposited $150 and thought everything was fine until I tried to withdraw my winnings. Suddenly, I had to go through endless account verifications and submit the same documents multiple times. Even after complying, my withdrawal is still 'under review.' It’s disappointing how they trap you with great offers but make it impossible to access your money.

Absolutely terrible casino, I had a game crash for which I bought a $100 buy-in feature, and i lost the money as it was frozen up somewhere - eventually this was refunded to me, I went to withdraw and now they're making me jump through hoops to get it back

So much effort to scam me out of 100 measly dollars, pathetic people.

I made a deposit, placed 1 single bet - I won it. At first the money was credited to the account, but after a few minutes my bet was calculated as a cancellation and a refund.
I contacted the support, where these scammers responded with the following: “That bet was canceled and refunded back to your account due to incorrect odds.” This is an absolute lie, everything was correct in the quotes, all bookmakers gave these odds.
After that I decided to withdraw my money back. But these scammers refuse to return, at first they wrote: “I can see your withdrawal in our system and it is currently being processed. Our team aims to process all requests as soon as possible but on some occasions, it may take up to 24 hours for each request to be approved." and then "I have just received an update from our security team that your withdrawal has been placed on hold because you need to complete the verification of your account. To do so please use the following link."
Even after I passed verification, my money was not returned to me. my damage is 200 euros. Do not use this casino, it is a pure scam project.

The casinos review’s are fake. The payouts are trash. It doesn’t matter how nice or good the games look, the bonus’s are trash 50% back on a buy bonus if your lucky, organic bonus hit with out purchasing are around 20-25%.
