I’m new to TGM surveys but customer support has answered all my queries in a timely manner and been most helpful . Not only can you receive money via PayPal by monetary rewards or a points system you can use one of these to purchase gift cards which I chose to do £10 to spend on my shopping at Aldi .

Do not bother, It is run by the scam company cint.. who will block your account and steal your money . how cint have not been closed down, god knows,, they have been scamming and stealing for decades, they also hold onto your data, and somehow even know who you are when you change your email and broadband provider,, they are obviously putting some sort of illegal cookie on to your pc. and they keep your data for ever, so breaking the data laws

Followed link from friend to register - "404 - Article not found".

Accessed the homepage and selected "JOIN PANEL" - "404 - Article not found".

Returned to homepage, selected Menu > Join+, registered, received verification e-mail with link, and clicked link - "Error - That account is already activated".

Tried to log in - "Login failed: Invalid credentials".

Tried to reset password - "user not found".

Tried to re-register - "this e-mail address is already in use".

Contacted support, they replied within 9 minutes claiming Cint (whose platform I frequently use flawlessly through other panels) blocked my ID and I should contact them.

This app keeps deducting and rejecting paid surveys that u completed days ago wen u are close to paypout

do not waste your time its not useful
many many times after some questions in the end, the survey itself will mention "you are qualified for this survey' then suddenly it will stop by tgmpanel SA them saying that im not qualified!! and other surveys will stop and mentioned technical errors alot! the website redirecting is broken and lot of errors never saw this amount of errors on other survey websites!! i had a high quality score they made my quality score decrease by many points because of these errors (I'm not the only one several mentioned the same problem here as well) closed my account now immediately to prevent further losses, no surprise its poor rating already

Trustworthy and legit app. Good surveys giving but time consuming as repeatedly asking same questions also in different languages.
