She gave me peace of mind and walked me through the whole process. She stayed on top of my policy and worked with me and my busy schedule.

Had it not been for her I most likely would have gone with another company.

I had insurance with this company last year and I cancelled it this year. I was informed that I would receive a refund, however I haven't received it yet. I've called customer service five times, and each time I've been put on hold for an hour. The refund in question is only $2000, so I'm confused as to why the company is not sending my money. The home address is 4124 Melody Ln, Odessa-Tx 79762.

Frank Stone was so funny and gave me so much information. He kept digging deeper to get better coverage for me and it turned out so much better than my other insurance company. I have already referred him to several other other people. He did such a great job!

Do not use this agency, got a quote, I wanted moe info to make an informed decision, never received. Jorge O. Is the worst. Elevated to manager Dusty the same, no contact from either of these persons.

This company acted as agent to find us a home / auto policy and it was a very bad experience. Here is why: 1) They did not tell me up front (nor on their ad they sent in the mail) that they charge a hefty fee for their services and I assumed their fees were paid by the insurance company like most agents are (never assume anything anymore I have learned); 2) The agent I was working with was difficult to understand, confusing, and hard to communicate with; 3) The first time I talked to him, he gave me a very reasonable quote on the auto policy, but the next day that amount went up about $750! I asked why and he denied ever quoting that amount (which I had clearly written down to make sure); 4) There were errors in our property description on our home such as stating we had a 2-story home when it was 1-story, and the square footage was off approx. 300 sq. feet. 5) When I discovered these errors, I attempted numerous times to talk to the agent I was working with, and he never returned 1 phone call, nor 1 text or e-mail. I had to contact the insurance co. myself to get the changes made which then made our premium go up by almost $300!; 6) 2 months after the policies were purchased, the insurance company cancelled our home policy because of "granular loss to the roof" giving us 30 days to find other coverage! It has all been a nightmare and I would never recommend this company to anyone. To their one credit, and to be fair, I finally got to talk to a manager and explained the situation, and she did agree to waive their fees of $326. I am very grateful for that, but all the rest of their service was awful!

I have been with TGS for some years now and have had mostly great service. On the last auto renewal David Garcia was instrumental in saving me money. He carefully explained what each part of the insurance coverages do and allowed me to choose which portions I wanted to keep to protect my family at a much better price than I could find on my own. He is now helping me search for a reasonably priced homeowner's policy. UPDATE 4/16/24 - David saved me money on my Homeowner's big time. Excellent job David! thank you!

Pat was excellent. She dug deep for my new policies. I do need 2 things followed up on. #1 my new home owners policy and twia has the wrong dates. #2 I was told my rental inspection date would take place 2 weeks after policy initiation May 14ish, however the 3rd party told me it was due April 14th???
