Amazing service, quick and responsive

Literally the best proxy service I’ve ever used in my life. I’m so happy I discovered Thaifii! The site is very easy to use and navigate. It even has clear instructions everywhere in case you’re stuck. And their customer service is the best!!! They get back to me so fast and professionally. I love the team. Thank you for your patience as we both navigated through the struggles of the tariffs going on in the US. My item ended up shipping out very quickly AND THE PACKAGING WAS AMAZING!!! I was so scared that my item would come in damaged, but it didn’t. It was packaged with the utmost care. If you need to purchase items from Asia and need a reliable proxy service, go to Thaifii. Overall, my experience has been smooth and I’m extremely satisfied. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I will be using this service again!

I'm a hug fan of the Thai group Day Tripper so I was sad at first that I couldn't find their albums anywhere except Thai websites (I live in Switzerland) thanks to Thaifii I managed to gather I'm pretty sure all of their albums! Shipping was always good and the packaging was secure which is perfect for something like CDs! The customer service is also very nice!

First time I've used Thaifii and I'm very happy! I ordered some clothes and every step of the way was super easy, from ordering the items to packing and shipping it out. There was also an option to request photo evidence of the items you've ordered which is super helpful.
In the end my items had arrived in perfect condition and were securely packaged :)

I had a very good experience on my first order with Thaifii to Japan. The two-step purchasing process was clear, and the team was nice and helpful when corresponding with me through email regarding my special requests. The entire process, from the order request to the carefully packaged parcel arriving at my doorstep, took two weeks using EMS. I consider this very reasonable compared with similar services. The price was also reasonable, and I got free gifts from the store and a partial refund due to some EMS discount. I appreciated the team's honesty regarding that. I will definitely be using their services again.

Fantastic service. Easy to use, super fast, clear costs. Thanks to them I managed to order a special limited to Thailand only manga edition. After it arrived at their office I received once free photo of ordered items. The package later quickly arrived in Europe. Thank you very much!

I wanted to order a pair of Owndays glasses frames only exclusive to certain Asian countries (I'm US-based), so it was hard to find a proxy service that would be able to handle this request of mine.

Fortunately, the frames I wanted was in stock in Thailand, so I decided to put my trust in Thaifii and they're amazing!

The frames arrived in perfect condition and it only took 3 weeks. (I really wanted these frames so waiting it out was worth it.)

A very long awaited review but I’ve been using Thaifii for a little over 2 years now. I made all types of purchases like clothings, shoes, snacks and toys. Every order I’ve received was packaged with care, never had any issues with the packaging and everything arrived perfect. Super easy and simple to use. You can pretty much have Thaifii by anything within the limits of your country and the transaction is smooth. I like that they have the TIP which is, try to buy everything at once if you can so you can save on the PayPal fees and the commission fee which aren’t anything expensive but can add up if you make a lot of separate transaction! I have recommended friends to use Thaifii for items they want to buy from Thailand and they all have been satisfied :) Use Thaifii for items you wish to buy from Thailand~

Used this service to buy from a shop that didn't allow overseas cards and i loved it! Staff is helpful and very nice, the shipping costs are reasonable for this type of service, and the package was very carefully packed :) Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy something only available in Thailand <3

I had a great experience using thaifii! Every step was quick & easy. I would definitely use this service again. I would even say that the shipping prices were fair. I paid for the most expensive & quickest option, but there were cheaper options as well which I think is nice. I’d recommend using thafii if you want to buy something that is only available in Thailand!!!

I ordered from Thaifii three times in total now and all my items arrived safely with tons of bubble wrap to make sure they wouldn't break.

The staff are very helpful and would always reply immediately.

My only piece of advice when ordering is to be precise, make sure to let them know what exactly it is you want them to order.

The service is quick and reliable, prices are good within what a forwarding service may charge, overall a very pleasent experience. Also package was very well packed.

Amazing experience with Thaifii! The process was really straightforward and they were really fast with all communication (within a few hours every time I contacted them). I went to use them for two purchases, but one of the sellers raised the price after I purchased the item a week prior. Thaifii informed me of this, promptly refunded me and ended up reporting the seller, as well. I paid extra for extra packaging and my items were extremely secure and probably the best packaged/bubble wrapped items I've ever received. Will 100% be using them again!

It was my first order, so I messaged them to check things before taking any action. All responses were great and detailed, followed by quick purchase on my behalf and quick shipping to me. It reached my country fast, and it was packed extremely well. Total cost could get a bit high, but the service matches the price.

My second time using the service and not my last.
They are fast at answering mails and at shipping out the packages.
The items are packaged really well, so all in all a really great service
