or some similar European service a try. Thai Friendly is full of con artists who take money by manipulation and deception. They are good at seduction. They use the same manipulative patterns and techniques. I must confess I became one of their gullible victims. But I wised up. I really want to warn all single and lonely men off this site which is a pure rip off. Nothing is genuine: people, photos, locations, promises and feelings - you can't trust anything. There is one goal only: to get your money.

They will want you to verify your photos after joining. If not, you will no longer be able to use the site even though you paid.

Absolutely do not spend money on this dating site; they are scammers. I recently joined, and after having received my payment they wanted my biometrics. I did not comply, and as a result I was no longer able to use the site as a "paying member". I sent them several emails stating that that was not mandatory as per their policy guidelines; I never heard back from them!

The perfect tool for freelancers, all the women working in bars are using this application to catch costumers.

I tried to cancel the service within the application, both desktop and app, and I couldn't get confirmation nor make sense of it. The site functionality is very low, however, I did get into a chat with a team member and they 100% assured me that my membership was cancelled and that I would not receive any further billing. Then, I was billed again and zero response. I finally had to be in touch with Google and my payment processor to end. I ended up paying for months without a refund and without a response from ThaiFriendly. It's not worth the investment. You've been warned.

This website is doing monkey business. I want to upgrade subscription but they say that I cannot make payment though credit card or through Paypal. Only option is to pay by bitcoin. Secondly, mostly girls in ThaiFriendly are working as freelancers, working bars or massage shops. They just want to squeeze money from foreigners by hook or crook.

This company does not care about customers. I have send 20 emails over the last 2 weeks without any reply.

I see majority of reviews are very negative. So many People can't be wrong, right ? Yes absolutely right.
I have purchased the monthly subscription, and when I subscribed and paid, they started to sad for photo verification. Without photo verification they not allow to message. This was nowhere stated under terms and conditions. Could make Sense however I was on my way to Thailand and for some reason my photo verification could not complete. Messaged them on support and help email, no response. When I saw all negative reviews I grab my head OMG what I have some, money gone. Dishonest scammers, ThaiScamendly.

I have been using this app for a number of years. This morning I logged out of the app, as suggested by their 'help' page in the hope of fixing a problem. Now I can't log in anymore.
Instead of asking for my password, they want to email a code, which never arrives, although my details are correct.

Quite deceptive. The owners are very quick to ban profile. In 2025 they took this to a new level. You can register but as another reviewer stated. There is no free access and your profile is invisible to others. The verification process is utter BS, bogus error messages block this so only option is very expensive subscription. Not worth the money.

Before they used to allow 1 msg every 10 minutes but now free users can no longer initiate chats with anyone, They ask to upgrade to premium membership

This is scammers, I know of People who paid the subscription but could not use the service.
Always be careful and if they try to scam you, contact your bank or law enforcement, for chargeback

I don't know what happened to this dating site, I've had a subscription a few years ago and I even found a partner ( story finished now ) so I can testify it was a legit dating site. I've met some other candidates before finding the serious one.
But now, in year 2025, this is not the same site.
I have registered again, and they blocked my account after an hour or so.
And they ignore my emails to "support"
This makes no sense, I hope they will reply to my emails sent to their support, otherwise I will be forced to take more action in order to find out what is happening, as unfortunately some my friends reported they have been scammed: they paid the membership but account got blocked.

Don't subscribe. I tried to cancel. All my requests were ignored, and I just kept taking the monthly subscription. Their site says cancel anytime but no means of doing so, complete scam. Have to contact Visa to stop them from taking.

This is a sham site. There are many ladies that say they are not premium, yet they will be shown as premium in searches. Consequently, Browsing the ladies you will see about 98% of them as premium members, which limits free members from contacting them. This is a ploy to push free members to subscribe. Even premium members are penalised from chats with free members if the free member has not responded within ten minutes.
The site has mostly ladies looking for customers for sex services or scammers or profiles from other sites.

accidentally kept the subscription for another month. emailed support who immediately canceled and promptly gave me a refund. Less than 30 minutes!

The problem with this app is other user can complaint for no real reason to get you kicked off. Once kicked off, you are banned. Freelancers use their bf to issue false complains to get other freelancers kicked off. Eliminating the competition. They never check out a complaint to see if it is real.
