Really bad customer service
despite my regular orders, I hardly can geet a word from them when I write a comment on the order or send them an e-mail. I mean, who expects good and friendly customer service in Germany? my expectations are rather low, but they really make it as bad as it can be. They have changed the quality of the items I always order with no notice, and also no answer when I have said something...some of the items I could simply not use, and I have to keep them and order them again somewhereelse. They have the policy of not retoure for bussines customers (Gewerbliche Kunden haben kein Widerrufsrecht) ((which makes also no sense...???))
Anyways... They also changed the lenght of the rivets with NO notice, and I am still waiting for an aswer because I need them.
I was reading all the reviews and seeing how badly they react to some of the negative reviews... I am just hoping they would answer to my requests, not trying to start a fight here :)
