I had a terrible experience with Thalex exchange. My friends and I each had our own individual accounts, but we occasionally logged in from the same laptop. I understand this might be against their terms, but instead of allowing us to explain the situation or provide proof that we are separate individuals, they immediately blocked our accounts without discussion.
There was zero willingness to hear our side of the story or review any evidence. The customer support felt cold, unhelpful, and dismissive. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like this when we were genuine users.
