I recently bought off eBay an exit escape room game which was stated as brand new, unfortunately it wasn't, the decoder disk was missing. I wrote to thamesandkosmos asking if I could buy a decoder disk. The reply from Nik was not only could I get a disk, but all they would charge me was P&P, which when I hadn't bought the game from them was outstanding customer service. Nik was brilliant throughout and I cannot praise him and the company too highly

Nik responded very quickly to a request for a missing piece from a game we bought. Fantastic customer service - really impressed!

One of my board games was missing a piece - I got in touch with T&K and they sent out a replacement immediately! Brilliant customer service, thanks Nik!

We bought our son the Gecko Marble run for his birthday and it was great but the sticky pads quickly started to peel. We contacted Thames and kosmos and they really quickly got us sent out some replacements which was really good of them so we can continue to use the set at its full potential.

KOSMOS is one of my favourite board game publishers. I've enjoyed many of their games over the years, from "Balloon Cup" and "Lord of the Rings: The Confrontation" through to "Targi" and the EXIT games. I recently contacted KOSMOS Customer Service about a game component that I'd lost, and they were extremely helpful in arranging a replacement for me. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Quick response and sorted out the issue with missing parts without any problems. Much appreciated and thanks to Nik.

We have played probably 20 Exit games over the years and always thoroughly enjoyed them. It amazes us how they manage to come up with new challenges!

The latest one we played last weekend had an element missing (and had a different element duplicated) We emailed Kosmos and they sent out the missing element, which we received within a week. In this day and age, that's quite impressive. Customer Service like that is rare these days. Keep it up!

Needed some replacement chemicals for T&K chemistry set. They sent me a full set of new chemicals very quickly and at a very good price. A lot easier, and cheaper, than buying them all individually.

I contacted Nik at Thames and Kosmos when one of the parts of the Wind Power 4.0 kit broke when I deassembled it. He was very responsive and helpful that he gave me options as that part was not readily available. I decided to buy the Wind Power 5.0 and I received it within 2 days. Nik provided great support!

I picked up an EXIT title at UKGE but when I came to play, it unfortunately had a misprint preventing me from solving one of the puzzles! Afterwards, I contacted KOSMOS to let them know in case all copies had this problem, and they were appologetic and also offered to send another title to play of my choice - it arrived quickly and I played it this weekend. It was excellent! Thanks to Nik and Lauren for friendly and fast customer feedback!

Great company with great staff. Was missing a part and they sorted and sent it quickly and efficiently.

Bought one of the advent calender games. Took a while to get round to playing it, and initially it was really fun; the puzzles were well thought out and everything was nicely presented.

However, it transpired there was a printing error on the box which meant that one of the days could not be completed without looking at the solution.

Wasted ages trying to work it out before finally giving up and Googling it. This kind of ruined all the enjoyment.

Contacted thamesandkosmos to ask either for a refund or a new (different) game to be sent that we could enjoy in full, but the response wasn't particularly positive.

Won't be buying any more of these games.

Update: After our initial disappointment at not being able to complete one of the puzzles, we did later return to the game and completed it. The rest of the game, as expected, was we'll-conceived and fun.

I contacted T&K about some card misprints for one of their boardgames. Within 24 hours of my email, I'd had a response and notification that new cards would be posted to me.
So my thanks to Nicky and Jane for their amazing customer service (T&K's boardgames are fantastic as well, would highly recommend Lost Cities and Targi!).

Amazing customer service from Nicky, who was so responsive and helpful. I emailed to request some parts I'd lost and she posted them to me the same day at no cost. I can't thank her enough. Oh, and I love the exit games and advent calendar, so brilliantly thought out. Great company.

Prompt, straight forward, helpful - excellent customer service. A lot of companies could learn from their example!!!

Opened up a newly sealed Exit game which had a key component missing meaning we couldn’t play the game. I emailed customer service and received a quick response to confirm they’re sent the missing component in the post. Fantastic customer service.

Amazing service! Found an old Remote Control machines set bought years ago. Unfortunately on opening the Experiment Kit after 5 years or so, I discovered 3 of the 182 pieces were missing so reached out to the company via the UK online site and got replacement parts sent immediately.
Faultless service. Hours of fun to be had now by my budding engineer child.

Outstanding customer support provided by the team at Thames and Kosmos. During the Christmas/New Year period their response was fast and extremely helpful - more companies should aspire to be as good!

My partner and I have played so many of the exit games and have loved all of them! By far the best designed mystery/escape room games out there.

Sometimes mistakes happen though, and we recently experienced a game which was wrongly packed (cards/items missing) - making the game unplayable. Unfortunately we hadn't saved the receipt as we had never had problems before so we could not return it to the shop. So, I sent and email to Thames and Kosmos and they rang me within 5 minutes and told they would sent a new game immediately.

Top class games and top class service! Very impressed:)
