Needed the cat flap fitted before I went on holiday and was assured that this would be fine. Initial communication via messenger was good, however as the weeks progressed, they were lengthy delays in the responses to my chaser messages. The deadline before my holiday was never met, with no acknowledgement or apology. Cat flap was eventually fitted after my holiday and the guy that did it was great and very professional. I changed the type of cat flap a few days before the fitting and was only told after the fitting had taken place that this was £70 more than the original one. In the end it cost me £465, which was a lot more than expected. When I asked for a costs breakdown, they refused.

Service was brilliant and reliable. Took my cat a couple of weeks to even acknowledge it, even though I had taped it open and did my best with treats and toys to tempt him through. All of a sudden, he went through and now he's in and out without any effort. He loves having his freedom. Was worth the £450 to have it installed in my glass door. They replace the whole glass door panel with a sealed unit. Hopefully my cat can enjoy his new door for years to come.

1st class service from the very start. Wr live 60 odd miles aways and that didn't present a problem. They responded to every message I sent quickly and I am very pleased with the final fitting, which included the cat flap incorporated with a large double glazed window.

Really pleased with my new cat flap, fitted into a composite front door. The two guys that came kept me informed throughout the day on their arrival time, fitted the cat flap in under an hour, left no mess and even had the exact colour matching sealant! Would recommend.
