Pay first reports later
Haven't gotten my report yet but it's only a dollar, you pay first. As well as leave a review to access them. It's not too bad.

Hi there, thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear you encountered unexpected charges, and I completely understand how frustrating that is. I'd genuinely like to look into what happened on your order. Could you email us at support@thathome.com with your order number so I can dig into the details and make sure this is properly resolved for you? If you also remember where you saw the pricing advertised (which page or offer), that would help me check exactly what was shown. - Alex, Customer Experience Manager, ThatHome

Hi there,
Thank you for leaving a review. It sounds like you were hoping the report would help you understand your property boundary or line, and I want to make sure you got what you needed from it.
Property boundary data can sometimes differ from what's shown in official land registry or surveyor records, depending on how the source data was recorded. If there's a specific detail that seemed off or missing, I'd love to help look into it for you.
Please drop us a message at support@thathome.com and we can take a closer look at your report.
