Absolute load of rubbish.!! Cheap and nasty. I have this mattress sitting in my dining room waiting to be collected. They have stopped replying to my Emails and wowcher are rubbish too. They don't seem to be interested customer service is shocking!!

Do not buy the gel mattress, it's a complete scam. The mattress that was delivered was a cheap nasty, sagging pile of rubbish. I so wish I'd read the reviews. I have no idea why wowcher allow this con. Currently going through bank for charge back. Disgraceful con

Bought the 13 zone gel memory foam mattress from wowcher. What a scam! It's horrible and not memory foam. Why are wowcher still selling this mattress after complaints from 2023? I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing 🫤

Utterly ripp off merchants 13 zone memory foam 😂 I’d get more comfort from a pillow case - these clowns take zero liabilty emails back n forth hideous customers service telling me to send back at my own expense tbe courier costs more than the matress is worth £10 at best sort it out .. Trading standards next stop Scammers

Do not buy from that mattress. Ordered Gel Memory foam mattress through wowcher, it's not fit for the bin. Been 3 days with no contact, recently diagnosed with hypoxia and slept on floor for 5 days. Buyers Beware!

Bought a coil spring mattress. brand new. correctly packaged. does what it says on the tin.

Ordered memory foam 13 zone gel mattress from wowcher. Mattress delivered was not was advertised the sides of the mattress all caved in and all you can feel and hear are springs. Immediately email both wowcher and THAT MATTRESS. Complaining that the mattress is faulty and not as described. Even sent photos abs THAT MATTRESS only replies with the same message “sorry for the trouble the mattress is as described if you do not want it return it” they will not take responsibility for selling a faulty item and will not pay for the return fee which under the consumers regulations act the seller pays return fees for faulty items. This company is the worst company. 3 weeks later and I am still arguing with them and wowcher have been no help either. Next point is to contact trading standards and the ceo of wowcher. How can they allow this company to seek via them wowcher are just as much to blame. Do not buy from this company or wowcher.

Please avoid this company at all costs.

Advertised on wowcher as an extra thick 13 gel zone memory foam mattress. When it arrived, it was a cheap spring mattress with no memory foam what so ever. Emailed the company they are adamant that the mattress is as described even after a video clearly showing the quality and that it is not memory foam.

Memory foam mattress yeh right it came vacuum sealed springs and uncomfortable I've major back ache. It's sagging and im white embarrassed I fell for it

Awful. Quality was appalling. They agreed to collect and refund after MANY emails. No luck (couldn’t fit in van, then didn’t turn up). Taking to small claims.

Ordered gel mattress from wowcher, arrived quickly and vacuum packed. Left for 48 hours to get to its proper thickness. Very comfortable and am very happy with it

I ordered a superking size mattress from Wowcher, it came from this company. It is the WORST 'mattress' I have ever came across.
I was supposed to receive a thick gel memory foam mattress and what I received was a practically USED 'mattress' that was so thin.
They are now not giving me my money back even though they have used FALSE advertising to get me to buy this product.

Ordered 1 x sgl + 1 x KS 13 zone gel foam mattress through WOUCHER. opened the sgl mattress, it was sprung. returned the KS mattress which initially was lost by XPD but eventually found its way back to That Mattress. Up to this point That Mattress had been great. Now they've got their mattress back they're ignoring all coms I eventually received a refund for the sgl mattress (the one I kept). Ive lost £50(the difference between the mattresses) + £23.99 (delivery) and 12 hrs of my precious time over the space of little over a week. Don't use either WOUCHER / LIVINGSOCIAL or THAT MATTRESS / DREEMBEDS

As for the sgl mattress i kept. Its garbage. it'll be replaced within a month with a product bought from elsewhere and i've also bought a KS mattress from elsewhere too, and I'm very happy with it.

Its really quite tragic that we can no longer trust any website without first having to check sites like this to see if we'll get scammed or not.

Omg 13 zone memory gel mattress NO DEFFINETLY NOT.
within minute's off opening this my heart sank. Only took out of box, bag still on. What the hell is in this springs, no mention of springs in listing. definitely not memory foam or gel, not extra thick gel memory foam, not medium to firm. Omg definitely not a luxurious cool stretch cover. Not as picture advertised. Put my hands on it and can feel the springs and whatever is on top, I would hate to sleep on this as I'd be getting stabbed by the springs not to mention the weird stuff on top. £800+ mattress it ain't. It is not even the price i paid. Bought from wowcher. The seller agreed return as i wasn't going to give up and lose my money, nor was i paying for a shocking mattress to be returned the seller has used this company to collect XDP LTD waited all afternoon and night no show. AVOID SURE THEY HAVE OTHER BUISNESS NAMES TOO. I have left reviews for all companies I've mentioned. I have emailed to let them know this mattress has not been collected by the company they've used and if they don't resolve this quickly. I am entitled to dispose of item without incurring charges from seller, as I've done everything that's been required from me to get this item returned.

Another wowcher "deal" turned rip off. Not what i ordered. Got a rubbish open coil mattress that won't last 5 mins when i ordered a gel memory mattress.
Also got something loose inside it. So upset.

Ahh well.

Yes the 13 zone memory foam mattress.
I stupidly thought that with Wowcher being such a big and recognised company that they would monitor the quality of the Wowchers they are selling.
Obviously from my and other peoples experience, this is not the case.
Very disappointed and feeling totally ripped off and scammed.

Would definitely give a minus if I could. I should have read the reviews. Brought through wowcher. Cheaply made item. My 6 Year old mattress has more going for it. DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. As stated £800 + mattress absolutely rubbish. Not worth the delivery I paid on it. Waste of money. Really angry at myself

Delivered wrong mattress.

Ordered Gel Memory Foam mattress from Wowcher. Arrived yesterday, only to have a mattress that came in a damaged box and then to find out it's a coil spring mattress, nothing like what I ordered. No contact from 'Thatmattress', Wowcher trying to contact them. USELESS Aviod using Thatmattress.

What a disgraceful company.ordered mattress extra thick gel mattress.wow what a disgraceful company the one I recived was pure spring.Going to trading standardsand the police.As this is theft and false advertising.Told me to return that is down to them.WOWCHER need to get this sorted out .Now going to seek legal advice .looks like this is happening to alot of us .Now nothing to sleep on .1 digusting spring mattress that had been rolled up springs stick in you.This company is Disgraceful people this under no circumstances is a gel mattress.Not even fit for my fur baby .Do not touch Company
