Service Quality Declined Massively
I've had services from this company for around a year now. Their services were originally great, with great support. However, recently tickets have been ignored for ages. I have a domain registered with them currently and their panel is blocking me from making any changes. I had to request an EPP code from them, however, their panel blocks me from disabling the Registrar Lock. The nameservers were changed without any notification or reason to me, and their panel blocks me from changing them back. My support requests have been ignored about this, despite the fact it has brought my website offline for around a week now.

Amazing customer service. I’ve never had someone go out of their way to pull all the stops to help me get what I want - even at 2AM! Never felt so satisfied. Great product and pricing! Genuine care! 10/10 without doubt. I would recommend Node to anyone!
