Helping the business grow

My experience of That’s My Call is that they seamlessly represent their customers businesses by answering all calls as if they are the customer contact department of that business. Their flexible approach means they can do this either for every call, overflow calls when reception teams are busy, holiday cover calls and emergency cover.
Their outbound telemarketing is equally professional because they work with their clients to ensure they know everything the business they represent needs or wants them to know to optimise conversion rates.
They really do do what it says on the can.

First class service from That's My Call

I've had the ladies from That's My Call answering my phones for a while now, and they provide a 1st rate service.

Very professional service, which means I never miss a call, and my customers can always reach a human being on the phone.

If you're struggling to answer your business calls, I would whole heartedly recommend speaking to That's My Call.
