I recently purchased a condo in Pratumnak with Apple from Thavorn Pattaya Property.

It was my first purchase of an overseas investment property so I was very nervous before I made my decision.
I looked at many rooms and spoke with over 20 different agents.

I will only buy rooms from Apple in the future.
She was the most professional, kind, patient and understanding agent I have worked with in over 10 years of property investment.
She helped me with everything at every stage of the process.

I was in Australia when I first saw the condo on line for sale and I contacted Apple for details and more photos of the Condo. She did that plus did a walk through video for me of the unit.

When I arrived in Jomtien she was so helpful in bringing everything together right up to the settlement and after with helping me signing over the Electricity, Water and Internet into my name.
I would highly recommend Apple to anyone if you are looking to buy Property in Pattaya/Jomtien.
