Absolutely 5 star treatment.

My 94 year old mother has received excellent assessment and treatment from Holly Proud at Aaron Optometrists in Ashington, Northumberland.
From assessment to hearing aid fitting and adjustments, Holly showed great listening and communication skills. Never rushed, always respectful and mindful of particular difficulties the elderly encounter. She has done several home visits and has kept me informed of progress.
My mother's quality of life has certainly improved and she is very happy with the hearing aids and the service Holly has provided. If she's happy that makes me happy too.
Thank you Holly for your time and your abundance of patience.
