Extremely pleasant person, with clear and precise information given and questions answered no matter how many were asked. Did not feel rushed during
the appointment. Feel like we have made a new friend that we can ask for guidance in the future and know we will receive prompt attention.

Perfect in all areas.
1. Fast efficient appointment
2. Very professional team - reception, premises and testing procedure
3. Extremely good, private, audiology service with warm, friendly and attentive team member who actually gave time and consideration throughout. Nice relaxed manner and clear supportive explanations. Totally excellent!
