Fantastic experience. Josh was amazing and explained the details of my ear infection. Would definitely recommend the Dorchester branch for customer service and efficiency.

Took my brother in law who has a learning disability and is neuro diverse. Everyone was so friendly and put him at ease. Debbie explained what she was going to do before she did it, she made him feel save. Most importantly she spoke to him and not me (many services ignore him and speak to his carer instead).
What is a stressful situation for him was made incredibly easy. He was so relaxed that we even had a wander around Dorchester and went for lunch.

Very good wax removal service. Very pleasant and helpful people. I felt comfortable, all my questions answered and given visibility of results. I can strongly recommend.

Visited the Dorchester branch to have ear wax removed. I knew I had to do something about my hearing in my left ear but after numerous operations I didn’t think I could wear anything. Already had an in ear aid in my right ear. Made an appointment to see Josh to see what my options were. I was made to feel so welcome (by both Josh and Justine on reception) and the outcome is I now have aids in both ears! What a difference! I can’t thank him enough for giving me my hearing back and for the ongoing support of the team if I need help going forwards. Would give more than five stars if I could!

I met with Josh. He was sympathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and gave me confidence in my condition and I would wholeheartedly recommend the practice.

Josh is clear in his explanations and has clearly set the aids up to suit my needs.

The first consultation with Kara was very informative. All my questions were answered. The hearing aid fitting was straightforward. What I really appreciated was the follow up call from the head office and the two week follow up consultation. Kara was, again, able to answer all my questions.

After suffering from tinnitus for I honestly don’t know how long, and unfortunately getting no joy from the NHS I decided to look elsewhere.

I’m so glad I did. Kara was so thorough and helpful. Initial consultation was so informative, I had absolutely no idea I was having hearing problems to such an extent . So much better already. Best decision I have made in a long time.

Very professional and friendly service from Kara. I really appreciated the 60 day trial as I was able to upgrade my choice of hearing aid within that timeframe at no extra cost apart from the increase in price of the device.

id had a fully blocked ear and lost all hearing. I went to Dorchester for appointments and Kara and Lucie where both amazing. Both explained everything and what was going to be done. A very painless experience and between them they manged to get my full hearing back!

Had an appointment here this week. Arrived on time and was seen straight away. Explained the problem and the tests were carried out with the upmost proffesional and curtesy I could have wished for. After the results I was informed that I needed to be referred to another specialist, this was then done whilst there. A truly great service would highly recommend.

Lucie Reed at the Dorchester branch is fabulous. She explained the suction procedure clearly, conducted it in a way that was very comfortable and didn't cause me any anxiety, and it was great to receive the before and after photos of my ears via email after the wax removal. Thanks, Lucie!

At the beginning of the year I had multiple problems with my hearing and gave the Dorchester clinic a call. The attentive and caring Lucie unblocked the wax from both my ears and noticed a considerable difference straight away. My next visits were to see the excellent Kara who then offered me a pair of Oticon aids to help my moderate hearing loss and the sensation of tinnitus with the results being brilliant. Don’t delay …….. Go today!

I received clear advice from Kara about which hearing aids would best support my lifestyle and the high demands of my work environment. I was able to immediately trial the hearing aids I wanted, along with the accessories. Regular scheduled appointments meant that I was able to have tweaks made to the hearing aid settings. Explanations were clear and Kara is just lovely and friendly. I was able to take my baby to appointments and my 3 year old even came along to one. I am very happy with the hearing devices I purchased, the aftercare provided by Kara and I look forward to our appointments in the future.

Following a change of hands at the Dorchester Centre I have had few appointments with Kara since early November 2022 to re-assess my hearing and have new hearing aids supplied and fitted.
I have found the advice and support given to be first-class, very friendly and professional.
The same can be said of the receptionist I have met on a couple of occasions.

I can only say that the service and ongoing support is excellent. A worry free experience.

Highly recommended. I saw Kara in Dorchester for a hearing test and tinnitus consultation and came away feeling looked after and reassured. Kara was thorough, understanding and provided me with a range of options for managing my tinnitus. I will definitely return again.
