Just wish I didn't call her Amanda.

My appointment was on time. The young lady was polite and extremely professional during the procedure. Everything was explained and I felt extremely relaxed. What a difference post procedure. I will definitely recommend and use again. 10/10

Appointment with Keyla de Magalhaes

I attended my appointment with Keyla de Magalhaes on the 4th September. Previous to this I had been having pain and discomfort in my ear since March. I had seen two Nurse practitioners, who both prescribed antibiotics and nasal spray. on my last visit the Dr looked into my ear and said he would refer me to ENT. I was told I had a swollen ear drum. I decided to make an appointment for a hearing test, as felt I could not hear so well. On 4th September(after all these months) I met with Keyla. As soon as she looked in my ear she said she could see a foreign object, she brought it up on her screen and showed me. I could see straight away it was the rubber end off my headphones which I use for listening to music. She kindly removed it for me. I was relieved it was nothing worse. She was so lovely kind, but very professional. I could not thank her enough.

The audiologist spent time with my 93…

The audiologist spent time with my 93 year old Mother and was very patient. She talked through the various options and helped her choose a suitable hearing aid, which she is finding much better than others that she has tried, including a private one as well as an NHS one. The most important part has been the aftercare which has continued to be excellent
My only concern has been the cost as with all private hearing aids are expensive, - this type of service should be on the NHS especially for those on a limited income like my Mother

Our audiologist, Keyla, will be thrilled with your feedback. We're very proud to offer the latest technology and we’ve always worked hard to put our patients first, so we're very grateful to receive such positive comments. We agree that it is a shame that the NHS are currently unable to offer the very latest technology, as numerous clinical studies have shown how important hearing well is for an individual's mental health. We do offer a "Hear Now. Pay Later." plan to help spread the cost of hearing aids and make them as accessible as we can: https://www.thcp.co.uk/hearing-aids/hear-now-pay-later. We look forward to seeing you both soon.
