I saw Kirsten today for wax removal and…

I saw Kirsten today for wax removal and advice. She was very kind, knowledgeable and gentle when providing care. She gave me lots of great advice individualised to my current issues with my ears and hearing.

Go see Kirsten and get your hearing checked!

I saw Kirsten Ellis in October 2023 to get my hearing checked and she was/is not only incredibly knowledgeable but a great comfort. My hearing is much worse than I anticipated but she helped me feel at ease and also showed me the variety of options available.

Her advice is clear and you know she will provide the support when needed.

I can hear! Fabulous care and brilliant service

Oh my goodness! I was so nervous about the appointment as I was worried I was going to be told I was losing my hearing. Kirsten immediately put me at ease, we chatted about why we look after our eyes better than our ears, but also why walking through the door was the biggest step. When we actually looked in my ears it was like a horror show for me - grubb central! - but Kirsten was thrilled…. She cleaned my ears using a mini hoover (my interpretation), plus a huge amount of skill and patience (20 years of grub at least…) I felt looked after, listened to, and above all in professional hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Kirsten or the fabulous service and care I received.
