I attended my 6 monthly check up today & can't praise Jay enough. He is so friendly, patient & caring making sure I am comfortable with my hearing aids & sound level. I am prone to a building up of ear wax & he always checks to make sure if this needs to be removed at no extra cost. Such a good follow up service. So nice to have someone who obviously loves his job & does it so well.

Had a hearing test today with Jay Abbot in Paddock Wood, Kent.
Would highly recommend this service. Jay was professional, friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. He explained everything in a clear , concise manner, so I could understand every step of the process .

What a pleasant, pain free and positive experience my consultation with James Musselwhite was. The wax was removed quickly and efficiently. I left the appointment with a spring in my step and able to hear more clearly!

Excellent customer care
I had consultation at the Paddock wood branch with Jay. He had a calm unrushed manner about him and explained each test before he did them. The test results were explained to me in a way I understood. I learned a lot about the workings of the ears! Excellent customer care, excellent service.
