Comprehensive and professional care of the highest level

Shellie was excellent from the initial introduction, right through to the testing and later reviewing of my wife's hearing problem, which had been causing her difficulties for a number of years. Always a patient listener, Shellie was able to make the fine adjustments to my wife's hearing aids, which have transformed her life (and mine!). We would recommend her to anyone with a similar problem.

I saw Shellie at Varcoe’s in St Austell and was so impressed by the comprehensive examination and hearing tests I was given. Shellie was very friendly and professional and gave great advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone with any ear/hearing concerns.

I am very pleased with my hearing aids. Shellie was very professional and really kind and helpful throughout. I must admit I wasn't looking forward to having them but I needn't have worried. Now I can hear the kitchen clock ticking and the lovely birds singing. I have no complaints about the excellent service I received. 👌

Excellent experience Shellie explained every step of the hearing test, gave me plenty of time to test out some new hearing aids. I know that if I have any problems that I will be able to get them resolved.

Shelly is a very supportive audiologist who has spent time understanding my hearing and Tinnitus needs, whilst exploring apps and support information so that I was clear on strategies going forward. I highly recommend her service.

Having finally accepted that I needed hearing aids, I went to Varcoe, the Hearing Care Partnership in St Austell. The service from Shellie was excellent with comprehensive tests, onscreen results clearly explained giving me an understanding of my particular hearing needs, all delivered in a friendly, professional way that inspired confidence .

I have now been wearing my hearing aids daily for several weeks and forget they are there! I put them in after showering and take them out before I go to bed. I have worn them whilst doing fitness classes, walking and gardening and they have changed my life. I have no difficulty hearing conversations and have re-discovered birdsong!
