Shellie Forster, the audiologist we saw, was courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. As first time clients she made us feel relaxed and able to ask as many questions as wanted. She gave detailed answers to any matters we raised and explained her recommendations for the best hearing aids for me. Very confident that our future relationship would be excellent.

I cannot thank Shellie enough and the staff at the Torpoint branch for their help when I came for a hearing test. I’ve had tinnitus for years and Shellie is the first person who has ever taken the time to fully explain what it is. I had a number of hearing tests, the most thorough I’ve ever had, and it was overall a very good and positive experience. I am so so pleased to have booked an appointment with Shellie at the Hearing Care Partnership and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone else.

For most of my adult life I have had hearing difficulties. In my late 70's now I have had hearing aids from all of the high street providers but have always been disappointed when their solutions fail to help. I visited Shellie in Torpoint expecting little different. Boy was I wrong. Shellie took the time to find out what was really wrong and did lots of tests that no-one has ever done previously.
The result was a solution that cannot be properly described. For the first time I could truly hear and the effect was mind boggling. Shellie is a miracle worker.
If you are wanting the best audiologist go and see her. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Shellie made a very thorough investigation of my hearing problem. She was careful to explain what she was doing & why at every stage. The hearing aid she recommended was perfect for my needs & the after sales service has been excellent.

The opportunity to attend for a hearing assessment locally was a great attraction and especially in the familiar surroundings of our opticians. From the moment I arrived the care and attention was brilliant. The assessment was thorough and extremely informative, giving me confirmation of what I suspected from my past employment in HM Forces. The specialist was professional and explained every step that we were undertaking and I enjoyed the whole experience. Of course the opportunity to have this all free of charge, was also a great incentive.
