I was experiencing a hearing problem…

I was experiencing a hearing problem due to wax build up, I can’t praise highly enough the professional care I received from Elaine Clifford from the hearing partnership, it was my first time having the treatment done and Elaine Clifford explained the process carefully, save to say I am clear of the wax and my hearing is a lot better Elaine is a credit to her profession and the hearing partnership and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Professional service and delighted with hearing aids

My mum recently had a hearing assessment with Emma Clifford (based at DI Blow Opticians Wollaton). Emma was great from the start, professional and caring and really listened to my mums needs and found the best solution for her.

My mum is delighted with her hearing aids, which are also so discreet. It has transformed her life and taken away the isolation of hearing loss.

Would highly recommend.
