First time today , had a consultation with wyll went through the process very informative, excellent manner would highly recommend

I had a sudden deafness problem.called in on the off-chance for advice the lady saw me examined my ear and confirmed my ear drum was intact and diagnosed glue ear couple of weeks later still a problem advised after exam by will to steam ..on way now to getting better so helpfull ..polite..knowledgeable..unbelievable good

I booked a wax removal service with Matt Baker, I was really nervous to attend my appointment but I didn't need to be. Matt was absolutely incredible in explaining everything to me step by step, offering advice and reassurance. I couldn't have walked out of my appointment feeling happier. If you ever need a hearing appointment I would 100% recommend asking for Matt, I for one will be spreading the word of his amazing work. Thank you Matt.

Initially went to pharmacy as had earache.Told left ear was totally blocked.I called in to Hear in Wombourne as I’d been before.After being welcomed by Maxine,the hearing care assistant Julia said she would have a quick look although I had no appointment.There and then Julia & Rachel syringed my ears - could not ask for a quicker & better service than that,all very professional would highly recommend this company.

I have had problems with my hearing in my right ear since I was a child but as I had hearing lost in my left ear due to age I started being referred. I started with Scriven I had NHS hearing aids but they kept falling out Then I tried Boots they said my hearing did not need aids Then the audiologist at the Hospital said I did need aids so I tried Specsavers My NHS left one was okay but the right one fell out so I tried private ones but they sat in my ears, they hurt and they also fell out Finally in desperation I tried Hearing Care Partnership Wow I have aids that are comfortable and they do not fall out and they link with my phone. Also as they do not sit in my ears hopefully wax built up will be less

Matt is fantastic, his care, attention and Professionalism is outstanding. He really goes out of his way to ensure you get the right hearing aid for you and your hearing loss, a refreshing change from the high street hearing aid retailers who try to pressure you into having the aid they get the most commission from!
I am 100% satisfied with my new hearing aids, great communication, fabulous service and follow-ups and I know I have made the right choice to go to Matt.

There's no doubt that receiving these hearing aids has changed my life. What is also extremely impressive is the skill, knowledge and professionalism of my audiologist, Matt Baker. He was thorough in the hearing tests and gave very clear explanations of the reasons for my hearing loss and how the aids would improve my hearing. I found Matt to be approachable and knowledgeable. The aids themselves are very discreet and straightforward to use, and do everything I hoped for.

For some months I had felt my NHS hearing aids “could do better.” Matt Baker performed a thorough and free hearing test on me, explaining very clearly and professionally how the new aids should improve my day-to-day living. And, my word, they have done. I love the different modes such as “speech in noise” and “my music.” Top marks to Matt and the hearing aids. I have absolutely no regrets….and the aftercare is superb.

From the greeting on arrival through to the procedure and hearing test I found everybody to be very friendly and professional. Every step of the procedure was clearly explained and I felt comfortable with the treatment.

Friends and family started to point out sounds they could hear that I couldn’t. Coupled with some spells of dizziness I decided to get it checked out sooner rather than later. I noticed hearing checks were free and an appointment was quickly and easily arranged. I’m so glad I did. Matt was lovely and he explained everything that was happening and I was very relieved when my hearing was classed as normal for my age. A big weight off my mind.

I have used the HCP for nearly 2 years and have been under the care of Helen Barton at the Wombourne and/or Compton Branch of Taylor Biddle.
I cannot express too highly my satisfaction with the service they/she have given me.
Mrs Barton has been most patient and very supportive during the initial stages whilst I determined which hearing aid I should purchase AND also throughout the ensuing period whilst I booked further appointments until I was happy with the set up.
I have had no problems with the aids and found the service I have been given in all the follow up appointments to be excellent, whether for advice, adjustments or availability of consumables.

On the quality of the aids and the strength of the service I have received from Mrs Barton, I have no hesitation in recommending HCP to anyone who has hearing problems.
