Brilliant Service !
I am a property manager and have used The Cleaning Company for numerous jobs, ranging from carpet cleaning to end-of-tenancy cleans on large properties.
They have always been very accommodating and the standard of their work is unquestionable.
There have been some awkward situations at times, but the team has worked with me in order to get the job done.
I have been and am very grateful for their consistent professionalism and the standard they uphold.

Stupendous deep clean - we are so pleased.
They arrived with suitcase full of cleaning materials. Started at one end of the practice on their knees and scrubbed their way to the other end. The carpets are truly clean for the first time in a while. Everything gleams. Really worth it.

Good professional cleaners
Used the Cleaning Company for a one off end of tenancy clean and they were very thorough and professional and left the house sparkling! Highly recommended.

We were very reluctant to trust strangers in our home, although as this was a cleaning company we decided to take a chance. Over a short period of time, we had two different cleaners, and because no one knows your home like yourself it became evident corners were being cut. Therefore we decided a cleaner wasn't for us and if you want something done properly then you have to do it yourself !!

We can understand your reluctance to have strangers in your home - our commitment to security and the fact that we, obviously, provide a fully insured service carried out by vetted cleaners does aim to address this but we are always here to listen to any concerns about this area.
During the short time (around 11 weeks) you used our service, we needed to change the cleaner that was originally allocated to you. Apologies for the inconvenience and we accept its not ideal but this was due to several factors, one of which was that this particular operative needed to change working hours due to personal circumstances. This was not a situation which was foreseen and we provided an alternative cleaner to replace her.
Whereas it's always desirable to work with the same person long term, we also need to accept that sometimes people's circumstances change or, indeed, that they may even move on to another role, location etc.
In any case, the contract remains between the company and the client rather than the cleaner and the client and we will always aim to match you with a cleaner who meets your needs. Whereas we aim to provide consistency, we need to also understand that situations are sometimes prone to change due to external factors.
On commencement of your cleaning contract, we did advise that a longer cleaning visit would be required due to the size of your property. At that time, your preference was to reduce the hours and we then re-visited your cleaning specification and scaled down / rotated the tasks accordingly. We still maintain that a longer visit would have been required for your property in order to clean it according to the way we would have liked it to be done, however, we tried to be flexible to your requirement for a shorter visit. Unfortunately, it stands to reason that this would also reduce the tasks that could be carried out or the frequency of them.
We hope we have been able to clear up some of the issues you have highlighted. We're very sorry you didn't have a positive experience and we really hope that we can have the opportunity to work with you again and show that we can provide you a great service.
We are also willing to provide two cleaning visits for the originally suggested amount of hours so we can demonstrate that we do believe that a longer visit is required to adequately clean your home and that this was the reason for your dissatisfaction with the cleaning rather than our cleaner(s) cutting corners. The additional hours will be discounted by 20% for you in this instance.
