My eight weeks at The Consulting Co allowed me to grow up personally, it made me a more patient person, improved my ability to be a team leader along with being a team member, continue challenging my self, continue learning and exploring new fields. And the most important things is to never be afraid to try new things or make a mistakes. Along with that, It helped me to grow up professionally, I gain new skills in basic security consulting that I did not previously have. I also gained a better understanding of the consulting industry, researching and collecting information, and presenting what i had done.

During this journey, I have met a professional people that I wouldn’t have met without this internship. I have learned numerous things from them in ( Consulting, remote working, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation, Data analysis, project management, presenting information with story telling, information security...and more). They explode my mind in every session with there insightful experience and the tips and advices they gave.

I want to thank all the amazing & inspiring team behind this internship. I'm so grateful to be a part of it.

Interning at The Consulting Co has imparted me with cross-cultural skills and qualities, providing me with greater knowledge and understanding of international business explicitly relating to marketing and sales. I established newfound confidence in myself and my abilities strengthening my career development. Initially, I was timid to communicate with people in work environment but during this program I gained trust to speak without fear.

I was handling valuable works of design during the setup and take down processes preparing for designs. I had to show responsibility, self-motivation, and strong self-awareness while working with my team.
I have become well-acquainted with my supervisors Kieth and Lare which motivate me to seek opportunities for continuous learning and opportunities to improve my work ethic.

My experience with TCC was really good. The first week was was an induction with workshops given by industry experts. You get an insight into the world of Management Consulting, advice for an overall career growth, and my favourite where we were devided into random groups and worked on different fun simulation projects.
After the induction week, you'll be allocated into a team and you work closely with the consultants on a project. The consultants guide you throughout the whole project, so yes, you are expected to put work into the projects, but you're not expected to be some kind of professional who knows everything about the industry and perform absolutely without mistakes. Afterall, this will be a learning experience so ask as many questions as you can because you never know when you'll get the chance to ask experts again.

Currently I’m a Intern Consultant at TCC. I’m working with professional consultants with dozen of years of experience. Obviously, since I’m in my early stages and working with these experts you can imagine how much skills I will gain! Not to mention the professional healthy environment in TCC. I just can say that TCC is the perfect place to work in, and live!

I learned how to be more organized and i got a lot of support from the team and the consultants.
