Moved from New Zealand to London
We moved from New Zealand and required storage initially. We have just moved to our new flat.
Throughout the process the communication has been excellent and the team are always helpful.
When our furniture arrived yesterday the guys were lovely. Put everything where we needed it to be. Helped with the unpacking that we needed and even put our bed together.
Amazing service. Hopefully won't need to use again but would recommend to anyone wishing to move countries.

Best shipping company I have ever used by far
Eurogroup cleared 2 imported vehicles for me. They were fast and efficient and entirely reliable throughout. Their communication was great (notably Chelsea), including sending photos and regular updates. Best shipping/clearing company I have used by far.

Incredible service- blown away!
Eurogroup delivered our belongings from Canada this week and I wish I could give them 10 stars!
We had a pretty poor experience with the separate company in Canada but it couldn't have been better from Eurogroup. They were flexible in terms of delivery dates to suit my work schedule, they were prompt, friendly and exceeded all my expectations. Communication was also great from Karolina.
When the guys turned up (early!) on Monday, I had expected them to carry items to the correct room and then simply leave us to it (this is what we had experienced previously when we relocated). What they actually did was place items exactly where I want them in the room, take all the packaging materials back with them, assemble my furniture and carry out small repairs as they went (not from damage caused during shipping, just because!). The cherry on the cake was that the guys offered to take half the stuff to the second address, saving us the expense and hassle of booking a separate van job.
The help they gave made a very big, stressful job so much easier. Genuinely nothing was too much hassle for the guys, we were absolutely blown away by them. Do not hesitate in using this company, they were exceptional, probably the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Very good and timely delivery of goods from Middle East. I was helped at the Manchester end at the storage facility with the boxes as I've had recent back surgery. Everything seems to be intact as far as I can see.

South Africa move to UK - great moving Company!
I had my household items shipped from South Africa with Execu-Move to London and the service I received from Eurogroup here in the UK was outstanding. Chelsea was great, professional, and always kept me informed on the status of the shipment. The two men delivering the boxes were super friendly despite having to carry the boxes up two flights of stairs. I would recommend Eurogroup to others making the move to the UK. Thank you again!

Phenomenal and specialised service!
Excellent Service from an extremely competent crew who were very friendly and helpful. The truck rig was also unique with a specialised ramp and hoist platform system, well worth the value of the service. I highly recommend the team from Eurogroup!

The items that we had tranferred were well packed and documented. Transfer from SA to the UK was done seemlessly, with limited intervention and assist as a client. Time schedules and dates were constantly updated and the promised delivery date and time was kept to. Moving can often be stressful
Moving can often be stressful, but moving from one country to another is extremely stressful!
I used Eurogroup International Movers who were brilliant.
I dealt with Karolina Szarlan, who kept me up to date every step of the way from what container my boxes were on (basically my life was in the boxes), where the container was, when it docked etc.
The boxes were delivered entact, on the day they were booked for delivery and on time.
I cannot recommend Eurogroup International Movers enough and a huge thanks to Karolina Szarlan for all her help.

US to UK seamlessly!
My move from the US to the UK was seemless. Chelsea at Eurogroup was amazing the whole step of the way. We had a very difficult Juliet balcony and they came to assess and brought the right lift on move day. Everything was great. Everyone was super accommodating and nice. For such a stressful situation to move across country. Chelsea made it easier with constant communication and updates.

US to UK: terrific experience with Eurogroup International Movers
The shipment, from New York to St. Leonards-on-Sea in the south east of England, arrived a lot sooner than we expected and everything was fine, present and correct. The Move Consultant from Eurogroup, Karolina Szarlan, kept us updated at each leg of our belongings' journey and the delivery guys were awesome; very kind and helpful. Everyone and everything was really great on both sides of the Atlantic so thank you NY International Shipping and Eurogroup International Movers for your efficient service.

Perfect Service
The service was excellent from start to completion the packing and numbering and listing of items was simple and straight forward and easy to follow this was at source , also at destination the team were efficient and unpacked all items requested in individual rooms and again polite and took all the empty cartons and packing material away with them the service was excellent and I would highly recommend GAC packers and Eurogroup International Movers first class service . P.S. Karolina Szarlan was excellent in her followup and paperwork emails etc could not fault her performance again kept me informed at all times excellent service.
