I ordered an item for a gift and then saw another item I liked instead. I emailed them 13 days ago to ask about an exchange and have received no response. Even after a chaser email!
There is nothing wrong with the item but the after sales service is poor.

A brilliant fun Christmas tshirt, my friend also purchased a tshirt to complete the ‘lyrics’ “You Scumbag” “You Maggot” Excellent quality and fast postage. Highly recommended

It was my fault, I had ordered the wrong coloured T-shirt in error and Melissa arranged immediately for a replacement to be sent to me in time for Christmas!

I was bowled over by their trust and kindness, also - their products are affordable and not expensive marked up products - quality is superb!

I will 200% be recommending this company to others for any gift ideas! I’ll certainly be back!

I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt but unfortunately ordered the wrong size. When I contacted the company, I got an email from Melissa to say that I can return the item and on receipt, they will send me a bigger size. I then decided to keep the item but today I got a delivery of a bigger item. I then contacted the company to ask for an invoice to pay for the additional sweatshirt as I hadn’t returned the smaller one. Melissa emailed me to thank me for my honesty and told me not to worry about it and to keep the second sweatshirt for free. Not something you get these days! Thank you, Melissa. You have made my Christmas! ❤️

As an addition to a gift hamper for a colleague who was leaving, I began to panic when my order hadn't arrived. I emailed to see if I could have an eta, and it unfortunately looked like the order had been shipped and lost in transit! Thankfully, Melissa from customer services was able to send out a replacement,m and it arrived within a couple of days. Really pleased with the printing quality, and can't wait to see my colleagues face when she opens a gift with pictures of her pigs on 🐷🐷🐷.

I bought two T-shirts for Christmas but when they came one was too small. I should have checked the size on their website but I just assumed it would fit as this is the size I usually order. I spoke to Melissa who very kindly sent me a replacement that would get here before Christmas as that’s what I bought it for. Fantastic customer service went above and beyond to help!!

Do not use this company, their customer service, returns process and excuses are like their products, substandard! Still waiting for a refund which I will never see! Stay well away

Super responsive service. Great quality products. I was really impressed, especially with the quality of the photos that I sent in. Can't wait for everyone to see them on Christmas Day... and they will last for years to come too !

The Gift Project were able to chase my delivery with the courier concerned, and it was finally delivered to me on 12.10.25.

The Gift Project are a great retailer and the Christmas sack is really good quality - just a shame they are let down by the courier, despite the courier having changed its' business name in recent times to move away from its' negative past.

I ordered the personalised Santa paws sack for our dog Sunny. I’m so pleased with it, the print of Sunny and the overall quality is excellent and I’ll definitely be buying more for other family pets in the future. It was posted quickly, packaged well and I have no complaints whatsoever! 10/10

What a fabulous company, found via a social media advert (that I usually moan about!!)
Ordered a personalised christmas gifts sack and dog treats that exceeded my expectations! Made very well and good wearing material that can be used for years and years.
OK, so there was an error made by Royal Mail but The Gift Company went above and beyond, with particular reference to Tim and his excellent customer service skills. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending The Gift Project and will absolutely use them again A+++++

Ordered for Father's Day. Incorrect item was received. Asked to return item with full refund on post snd packaging and return postage. This was agreed as they claimed they did not receive the proof of postage which had been enclosed with the returned items.
Very poor customer service.

I somehow managed to order the wrong item and then either deleted or didn’t receive the order confirmation email. I emailed the company and they confirmed my order number, and how to return the incorrect item and ask for the item I intended to order. I followed the instructions on Monday and received the item I intended to order on Friday. The error was all mine, and the brilliant customer service was all theirs

Ordered an item on 31/5/25 for Father’s Day Emailed on the 9th June checking if item would be received in time I got a reply of yes

Emailed Saturday 14th of June saying I was disappointed with a reply saying it got delivered on the 6th of June. The item has never been received. Why would I chase the item on the 9th if it had been received on the 6th…. They said check tracking with Amazon shipping which says there is no parcel with the tracking ID

Feels like I’ve been scammed by this company
