I’ve used The Jag Specialist for a number of years and for repairs and servicing on several of my Jaguars. Today I needed an urgent assessment on a new (to me) Jaguar F-Pace that the supplying used car dealers in Preston are refusing to put right after issues appeared as soon as I’d bought the car. When I rang at lunchtime today, I was hoping to arrange an appointment for Wednesday or Thursday. Chris and Jack could not have been more helpful and said they’d be happy to see me at 3.30PM. (It was 2.20PM and I live an hour away). I got there at 3.33PM and I was seen straight away. I now have the expert report (and associated costs) that I need for a potential small claim through HM Court Service (which is why I haven’t named the supplying used car dealers……as yet. Just the evidence that I need.
