I ordered a personalised key ring for my husband for our wedding anniversary. Royal Mail messed up the delivery and delivered it to the wrong house (no fault of The Laser Boutique). I contacted the company and they promptly sent me another key ring out and when it arrived I was very pleased with the quality of it. Great communication and lovely product. Thank you 🙂

I was very disappointed with this company’s lack of customer service

I ordered a sweet tin for my son’s birthday, leaving plenty of time for delivery

They sent it to the wrong address, with the wrong house number on the shipping label, as confirmed by the house owner they tried to deliver it to

The courier returned it to them

I emailed them many, many times, explaining it was a birthday gift and urgent but they made no effort to expedite getting it back to me and were most unhelpful

They don’t provide a phone number to contact them directly

I finally received the tin days 4 days after the birthday and it was useless to me as I’d already had to buy another gift

I ordered on the 7th July and it didn’t arrive until the 31st of July, over three weeks later

And it had been sitting in their depot for 8 days before they returned it

Had they returned it promptly as I asked them, I’d have had it by the birthday

The tin itself is poor quality anyway

Not worth the money and the printing quality poor

The one I purchased on Amazon was much better quality and printed and delivered in 4 days, so I’d recommend if you have a deadline you try there instead

The planter I ordered for my grandmas memorial rose is fantastic! Sturdy hard wood. Rustic feel. Seems very durable! Was a little smaller than I imagined but still way worth it for the quality and the customer service. I enquired about how long it takes for them to process my order, hoping I could have it by a specific date and they were lovely enough to send it out that day and it has arrived 2 days early on Royal Mail tracked! Amazed with it all the speed the service and the quality! Thankyou so much

I would certainly reccomend this business. Excellent quality of goods and great support. Even with a little blip with my order they were hugely helpful and got everything sorted in record time. Definitely give them a look for gifts of all sorts for all ages.

I had been asked to order a present for someone and was running out of time. I contacted the guys and received an email from Philip on Sunday evening saying place your order and I will make sure it reaches you on time. I ordered on the Sunday and the Engraved Wine box arrived on Wednesday. Cannot fault the service and the product was excellent quality.
