Goods never turned up said I had to investigate and now communication has totally stopped!!

I bought a gas heater which I needed to return as the gas bottles didn’t fit with any here in Portugal. Firstly it took days to get a response in answer to questions about which type of gas was needed.
When I asked to return it was told I had to lift a 13kg bottle to the post office to return. I’m not that strong and it’s two floors up and 1km away… I requested they pick up, to which the reply was “we don’t offer free pick ups”
Hmmmm. The website specifies ‘free returns’ which isn’t free if I have to firstly lift a heavy item down two flights of stairs, order a taxi to take it to the post office and waste hours of my time replying to messages which take two days to receive a response to…
Don’t order from them, a nightmare!

Recently bought a watch from ideal world TV for 150.00 for my fiance...it arrived in a very marked presentation box and a broken clasp...I contacted them immediately only to be told I would have to pay for postage and take to a shop for postage...I explained I shop online due to terminal health problems and immobility...I was promised a manager phone call Monday...its Thursday and I've heard nothing back apart from an email...turns out they are ringing a landline I don't use...their customer service is disgraceful...their telephone call cost us 13p per minute...I shall NEVER shop with them again

My husband finally decided to join the smartphone world. He researched phones, and because he is in construction he decided to go with the ATOM XL. We looked at several sites, but because our shipping/billing address were different we could not order direct from Unihertz. Amazon didn't have the ATOM XL, so they were out. Then we saw that Banggood.com had the phone. We had never ordered from them, but they are a big site, so we felt comfortable. WOW were we wrong! We anxiously waited for the phone to arrive, but when it did, it was the ATOM not the ATOM XL. Worried that I had somehow ordered the wrong one, I went back to the web site to check my order, and there it was "ATOM XL". Now the difference between the 2 phones is significant. The size alone is enough to know it is a different phone. An Atom phone is: 96.6 mm x 45 mm; and an Atom XL is: 134.5 mm x 65 mm. For those of us who are metrically challenged the length alone is over 1.25" longer on the Atom XL!

So I contacted Banggood through their website to start the return procedure, thinking it would be similar to Amazon where you get a return code and a label and you send the item back. Were we wrong!
1) I told them that they had sent the wrong phone, and included a picture of the label on the box showing the model of the phone was the ATOM.
They wrote back asking for a VIDEO explaining the problem and pictures?
2) I wrote them back saying I didn't understand why they needed a video to explain that they sent the wrong phone. And I included 2 more pictures.
They wrote back asking for a specific picture of the SKU so they could check the product warehouse.
3) I sent them a picture of the required sticker, but because the writing on it was faint, I also typed out the SKU# and included another picture of the box showing the model was ATOM. I also told them I was disappointed with their process, especially when it was their error in sending the wrong phone.
They wrote back asking if I had opened the box to check the product inside.
4) I wrote back saying of course we had opened the box to check the product. And just as the box and the sicker on the box indicated it was an ATOM. I also told them the phone was never connected to a network or used. I asked them to quit giving me the runaround and give me the return code and label so I could return the phone. That this was their error and I wanted a refund! They wrote back asking for another picture!!!
5) I sent them 3 more pictures and also told them I had contacted Capital One Mastercard (which I had) and that they said they would be more than happy to dispute the charge and all I needed to do was contact their Fraud Department with all the details and they would handle it from there. They wrote back saying they had submitted my situation to the "colleague" and could I wait?
6) I wrote back telling them I would give them until that time tomorrow and if I did not have the return code and label by then, I would let the Capital One Fraud Department handle the matter. That was this morning! So we will wait and see...

My suggestion is, don't ever, ever order anything from Banggood.com! You will be happier and not have the stress of dealing with a company that does not understand basic customer service! No matter what they do now, I will not order from them ever again.

Some how I’m the bad guy when I order and pay £270 for a top 4 weeks ago that gets stuck in post.Instead I’d sending me a new one he tells me il have to wait till receives the parcel back that he posted incorrect and il just have to like it or lump it.

Insulted me then apparently I’m an anger little Karen he said because I wasn’t happy he took my money and I received nothing

The shop owner is alright right in his eyes not the customer.

Ordered a gas valve, paid for and supposedly processed. Can't even find a current site to complain. Guess it's my own fault for not checking more closely. Would love to meet them at the door with a baseball bat.

Sent safety shoes that did not match description? Size 6 too big also.Wouldnt accept a return! Buiness not even in London as stated! There a dodgy rubbish quality seller who should be removed from the Internet....do not buy from these rip offs...bad quality...

Sandals.Very cheap materials. Not cork, paper stuck on base. Top too wide and loose. They say it will cost arm and leg to post back and to choose something else instead as a refund.

Ordered shirt. Says went to wrong address and then routed back to China. Total BS, gave them correct address and they give tracking number showing 27 stops that make no sense. Why can’t this fraud be shut down ? Disgusted by this experience !

This is obviously a scam company. I ordered a cuckoo clock and the confirmation confirmed that with an image and reference number. What I received was a cheap desk clock worth less than a quarter of what I paid and nothing like a cuckoo clock. I blame myself, I should have checked here first, but I hope this will warn others not to buy from this company.

Ordered a pair of shoes, when they arrived they had sticker on saying size 40, no way we're they a size 40, far too small, contacted customer support, no help told to send them back to China despite company claiming to be in England at my expense, then told they had sent what I had ordered despite them being the wrong size, avoid this company if you want value for money

This company is rubbish. they have a UK address but the stuff all comes from China. They send the wrong size and then accuse you of ordering the wrong size. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT!!!

don't trust lifuzhongzgl ordered a computer they sent me a mouse pad and when i queried that i had not received my computer they said that it had been delivered because i had a mose map and they said they checked and it dsaid it had been delivered yes the mouse map i never ordered made it that the goods hads been delivered

Disgusted in the quality the trousers should be 14 sent a larges that wouldn’t fit a 10 been scammed want a refund !!!!
