My god how are they still trading SERIOUSLY? I ordered a Ser of penguins 3 in picture $33.WOW. This is what I received.will post after this SHOCKING.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! I bought 3 sweaters and after months of waiting, I got 3 sweaters that I DIDNT EVEN ORDER! I spent $92, and now they are offering me a 5-7% refund for 3 sweaters I don’t even want. This website is a scam, do not shop here!!!

Ordered the Rainbow Christmas tree 6-ft when received it was a cheap 1 foot Christmas tree and ordered the Rose beer in Nice box with lights when came was a tiny little beer with a folded up box lights didn't work and they were very smaller than picture very cheap looking both .then had to pay to send them back

SCAMMERS. I ordered a beautiful jacket and what I got was a cheap piece of trash. 50 euro thrown in the trash.

I just received my 3 sweaters I ordered a couple months ago... AND THEY ARE ALL THE WRONG SWEATERS!!!!

im experiencing the same problems with these people i have had to change my bank they are constanly changing there minds as in which they are trying to avoid the problem they have caused me . i now agree please please stay away from these con artist 100% well experienced SCAMMERS .im going to do my best to put a stop to this its so sad that they are doing these things at all but in a pandemic when we are all being hit with personal problems from it and ill healths once agian please stay away from these people

They are a big ass scam that I unfortunately fell for. I ordered one of those popular rainbow rose bears months ago and have been fighting with them since.

Firstly. They mislabeled my package and it got sent to someone else. Which I know happens so I was understanding.

Then. They sent another due to their mistake. I instead received an item that wasn’t what was described or presented on the website. It was way smaller, Damaged and was delivered in a small plastic delivery bag when it was meant to come in a box with extra padding that I paid for!?

I have now messaged and asked for a full refund as it’s not anything like what I thought I brought and it was damaged. When I brought it there was even a thing saying if I wasn’t happy I’d be fully refunded.

They offered $3-$5 compensation instead of the full money I’m owed back!

I wanted to warn others before they fell for their trap as well. I’m so angry I did. But you can’t avoid them all...

I wish I’d read reviews before I’d ordered from these scammers. And! I’m so glad I paid with PayPal as they have sorted it out for me, only awaiting my final refund. The shoes (marketed as Birkenstock’s) were fake, fake, fake, 2 sizes smaller than ordered and labelled, not leather, horrible doesn’t begin to describe. They tried to bribe me to keep them and sell them, I said I’d return them, and yay me for taking pictures of all the labels and tracking etc. because they have tried to say they didn’t receive them, even though tracking says delivered. Don’t buy from them! Awful experience, never buying from China again.

I have given one star because I don't think you can leave it empty they sent me after a very long time the complete wrong item offering me 10% refund and telling me that I might want to sell it to someone who want it do Not Buy Anything from this ripoff company......

I buy some shows from Emonaqueen.com this company is a scam. The own me money I didn't get my Item. The tell me on my e-mail I have to pay to PayPal $8.58 to get the refund, so I have to paid extra money for my money the own me. $34.59 and the are not going to give me full refund is just 20% of my refund please people don't buy anything kn this place.

Absolutely appalling this company is! They are complete scammers i returned my order back in May as they were too small, it took me about a week to get the return address i then paid £24 tracked postage back to China the last week it was returned back to me after going all around china 🇨🇳 so not only did the clothes cost me £95 but ontop i had to pay £24 for postage that was then returned to me!!!! 23 emails over the 6months and had 3 replies and now nothing keep clear of this company!!!

Good customer services... and that's all...

They advertise names brand goods eg Birkenstock and send you fake goods.
The return cost to China is so high that it’s not worth sending the fake goods back.
Do NOT buy from these companies - absolutely fraudulent companies

Ordered a waste compactor four months later I still have not received it. Being fobbed off all the time about delays and they have completely refused to refund me. Please stay away from these scammers

Don’t buy from this shop.. i order and i never receive the items , i try to contact them many many time and no one answer .. i cannot even have the refund !

Be careful from ordering from this website greenfarmsarl dot net charcoal as i made an order and he make everything correct but once the shipment arrive to your country he will not provide you the requiered documents till you pay more and he will keep ask you for more money every day.

ordered a life-like looking Yorkie Terrier received a cheap made stuffed animal of a Husky dog DO NOT fall for their false advertising of a life-like animal that actually moves you can buy a better stuffed animal from any place else I would give them no stars but it wouldn't let me

They sent the wrong item and said they would give me a 10% refund. Keep clear of habitquan!!!!

do not fall into the trap these items are from china and take a long time to arrive and if you are not happy with the item there is no chance of returning the item with out it costing a fortune. the customer service is shocking at best.Be warned, i am £ 45.00 out of pocket
