Lovely but it smells, potent fibre smell.
Reply from The Rugs
Thank you for your review and for loving the look of your new rug! That potent fibre smell is completely natural and usually happens because the rug has been tightly wrapped for transit. It will naturally fade, but here are a few quick tips to speed up the process:
Ventilation: Keep the room well-ventilated by opening windows, or leave the rug in a breezy area like a garage or patio for a day or two.
If the smell persists or if you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We are always here to help!
