I received a telephone call from the company following an error I made during the application process for a retired Police Officer card. I found the member of staff very polite and friendly and the issue was resolved quickly over the phone.

Great little keepsake, not for everybody I know ! Great quality and accurate . Could not be taken for warrant card unlike some more unscrupulous foreign site offers . Clearly states retired. Did the a little longer for delivery than expected but that does not detract from overall good experience

Very happy with the service I received. I like the design and layout of the retired id card and it is a great memento to carry . Also with the added bonus of supporting charities and an acceptable form of id for the Blue Light card.

The Retired Police Officer ID card is perfect size and feels excellent quality and fits into the traditional warrant card wallet, display and holder.

A really nice professional design and clear graphics.

Item never received or no feedback why delay is obviously honesty integrity is forgotten

Scam company, no proper social media presence, their website has a dodgy 'private' page, they also sell a 'shock' glove which is illegal...avoid at all costs!
