We downloaded the Kalles theme from The4Studio to move from WooCommerce to Shopify, and they've made the transition so smooth. If you look at the theme itself, it's just amazing, but what is one of the biggest selling points for us was their support team. You can message in with any issues and their knowledgable team will help you the same day. It's been the biggest factor to our change of systems and we really can't thank them enough!

Absolutely miserable and inflexible customer service!

I bought the theme and can't cope with it. I asked for a refund after 2(!!!!) days of testing. No chance! I hadn't seen that you can also test it and so I bought it straight away. The4 hides behind the Refund Policy of Envato. Absolutely not to be recommended!
