The customer service was amazing and fast! the template is so pretty and easy to use.

As of now, they have always fixed my issues with any kalles site. The sites work a lot better than debut and they aid me in getting things done quicker. It still takes a bit of time but better than not having the theme.

I looked a lot for a nice, responsive template, and I fell in love with the versatility and easy shopping experience that the Kalles template offers. Look no further, this is the one.

Very fast response from support (usually within 24 hours). Very helpful and patient with less techy users. One support agent even recorded a small video on how to enable a option in the theme settings after I attempted to find it. I will most likely renew my support subscription.

I would highly recommend this theme. It's easy to use but has lots of features and flexibility. Its well documented, but if you do get stuck their support is amazing and very quick at responding! Great experience so far!

Best theme I have worked on. Easy customization, fast speed, good design...almost all the features you are looking for in a good ecommerce store. And of course good customer support.
