Having traded with your prop firm for the past 5 to 6 years, I want to share my feedback.
I deeply value your exceptional trading tools and clear rules and regulations. Your professional dashboard makes it easy to track daily activity, helping me maintain strict discipline.
However, I want to highlight a negative aspect regarding the "cool-down" period before login details are released and Funded accounts are activated. Even when a trader has clear evidence of passing a challenge, they face unnecessary delays before they can trade again. This waiting period creates friction for disciplined traders who are ready to move forward.
I highly recommend reviewing this policy to make the transition smoother and faster. Thank you for a stable environment over the years, and I hope you consider this feedback.

The overall experience is good but some little lag and bugs in the website and overview tabs for updating make sure that overview tabs updates correctly according to the activities of the trader and sometimes the the terminating account if breached does explicitly shows inactive or deactivated those are the bugs in the website
