Cannot return an item I ordered from Loxinova London as I have not been able to access a returns label and info to put in with item. It is a green lightweight jacket. There is no info with it apart from a tag on collar . This says Fashion Classic. I have tried emailing them and have had no response. As a result i'd be loath to recommend the company or any subsiduaries of it. Please resolve for me.
I ordered a pair of trainers from Loxinova "London", (also under Thea London on fb) 5th May. The money was taken, I was not given a tracking number, delivery date, delivery updates, info as to what the delivery method was (i.e. Courier or Royal Mail), I have not had any communication from either a Courier or Royal Mail giving delivery updates. It's 5th June now and the item has still not been delivered. I have contacted them 7 times, they have replied once on 18th May to day my order was "in transit", but it has never materialised.
I have being using the Lull white noise and bluetooth speaker for a while and am very dependent on it. After prolonged use i was experiencing a few issues and emailed the customer support team. Within a few days i was contacted and a new tested replacement was sent out to me. Wonderful customer support from Matt and an amazing product.
I bought two pairs and I when I received the package, it was two different pairs. I wrote to them, because I wanted to get my money back, but they just gave me an autorespond, that they would recommend me to keep the shoes and they would give me a partial refund. I haven't seen anything to the partial refund they promises me!!!
So don't buy anything from this site, they cheat and won't give the money back.
