I have been coming to The Academy Clinic for around 3 years and genuinely could not recommend it more. It is the only place I trust with my skin, and every visit has left me feeling completely safe and cared for.
The first time I visited, I was incredibly nervous. It was my first aesthetic treatment and I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I walked through the door, the reception team made me feel welcome and at ease. They are always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions.
Any remaining nerves disappeared during my appointment. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered. One thing I have always appreciated about TAC is its collaborative approach. Having multiple people involved has never felt intimidating. Instead, hearing the discussions around treatment options and placement reassures me that every decision is being carefully considered and tailored specifically to me.
Over the years I have had various treatments and the experience has always been excellent. I have never felt pressured into anything and have always felt that the focus is on what is genuinely best for me. That honesty and professionalism are a huge part of why I trust the clinic so much.

About a year ago, I started struggling with persistent breakouts that were seriously affecting my confidence. I booked a skin analysis and had an incredibly thorough consultation where my skin was analysed, my skincare routine reviewed, and personalised recommendations made.
What stood out most was how much time was spent understanding my concerns rather than simply recommending products. Since following the advice I received, my skin has improved dramatically. My acne cleared, my skin became healthier and more consistent, and I feel far more confident. Throughout the process I felt genuinely listened to, supported, and never rushed.
The recommended skincare routine included several SVR products, which have been amazing. After years of trying different products without success, it was incredible to finally find something that worked so well for my skin.
I have also had multiple rounds of polynucleotide treatments under my eyes and on my cheeks for acne scarring and overall skin health. When I was younger, I received a large scar across my cheek that left a noticeable indentation. I had accepted that it would always be there.
I began polynucleotide treatments for acne scarring and general skin health with no expectation that the scar would improve. After my third treatment, however, I noticed a remarkable difference. The scar had improved so much that I could barely find it myself. Family members who had known it for years commented on how difficult it had become to spot. Improving a scar I had lived with for more than twenty years was something I never thought possible.

More recently, I had microneedling with exosomes. Although I was slightly apprehensive beforehand, the treatment was far more comfortable than I expected. The team ensured I understood everything that was happening, and my skin looked brighter and healthier almost immediately afterwards. What stood out most was seeing how genuinely invested the clinician was in my progress. Their excitement about my results showed just how much everyone at TAC cares about helping patients feel confident.
Since first visiting The Academy Clinic, my skin has been completely transformed. Skin concerns had always been one of my biggest insecurities, and they regularly affected my confidence. Following the advice and treatments recommended by TAC has made a huge difference not only to how my skin looks, but to how I feel about myself.

Really unhappy with my dermal filler treatment.

I have never had such terrible, uneven results from a clinic before. The outcome is extremely disappointing and actually looks worse than before. I paid for the Gold tier and was assured I would be treated by the best, yet the results say otherwise. To make matters worse, The Academy Clinic has been completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. I explained that I live far away and cannot easily return for a top-up, but they offered no real support or solution. I feel completely let down and would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic.

Outstanding experience at The Academy Clinic by Bank Station! I went for a Hydrafacial with Vrisha who was so friendly, helpful and explained everything super clearly. I wanted a skin treatment for hydration, exfoliation and extraction and came out of the session - which also included a 15 minute red light treatment which is great for anti-ageing and is really relaxing - with skin that looked really clear, clean, bouncy and had a glass-like sheen. So pleased! There was a full and very thorough consultation and all my questions were answered so I felt very clear on the treatment, what to expect and aftercare advice. Not only that, because it’s a medical aesthetics training clinic, the price was much cheaper than other nearby London skin clinics, especially around the city, so I can’t wait to go back for more!

I won’t be going back. Today’s appointment was a disaster. Better off paying the extra and going somewhere where the practitioner is fully trained.
