Gorgeous! I ordered from the hotel collection for a custom theme for a late Mother’s Day celebration for my mum. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get the stuff on time as I needed it delivered on a weekend right before a bank holiday with a few days notice. The team was so helpful with the whole process including emails and the chat section of the website itself, Hannah responded quickly and let me know they’d sort it all. It was delivered next day and packaged beautifully. My mum was in awe and it fully pulled the day together. I ended up ordering popcorn boxes, burger boxes, fries boxes, a cocktail menu and stand, cutlery holders and party boxes all custom. It was beyond what I expected and completely worth the value. I wish you could upload pictures because you can see the quality is amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate and will be ordering again. Thank you again to the girls. There’s clearly a lot of love and thought put behind the company.

The service this company delivered during busy Christmas period is honestly above and beyond. Due to an error of my own accord the company still delivered to the best of their ability despite my own mistake, amazing service who obviously care for their customers and the quality of their service. Recommending them for all personalised goods.

I just love how flexible they are, adapting to any party theme I can think of. It just makes the birthday parties seem a bit more premium. Will keep using them for sure!

Incredible customer service. I messaged a few days after I ordered asking about a possible delivery date because I was late ordering for a party, I got an almost immediate response, my item was then made and dispatched that day with next day delivery. The item its self was perfect as well. Over the moon. Highly highly recommend.

I recently purchased a few products from this company as I was arranging a surprise party for my friends birthday, and I was so impressed with the quality and detail in the items and the really quick turnaround! A few of the pieces I bought were using the bespoke service and the design team were really imaginative with helping me with the design and I could not have been happier with the finished result. My friend was also over the moon with all of her personalised party accessories.
The team were also really helpful and fast with answering any queries I had about my order which was really appreciated.
