Never received my order. Haven’t heard back from the company, even though I’ve emailed several different times.

I LOVE these products! It is my go to wedding gift for couples, but I also personally enjoy all the books. I have family, friends, couples 1 and 2, in bed, mini dates, advent calendar and the date night series. All have been amazing!

On top of that, the customer service is excellent! I forgot to apply a promo code and emailed them and within hours they had applied the promo and refunded me the amount of the promo. The representative then followed up to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I found it difficult to access choices like gift packaging. i wasn’t certain what the gift would look like on the outside when it arrived for my niece.

Love their products I have purchased several times and each thing I purchased was great. I love these products for connecting with your significant other and family.

It took them over a month to ship my advent calendar and date night bundle. They told me that there were issues in the supply chain getting the date night bundle into the country, so that is understandable. However, they should have shipped my advent calendar separately since I ended up receiving it in mid-December. The worst part is that I reached out to them FOUR separate times over the month with only the first message receiving a response from their customer service. Since they did not tell me anything significant in that message, I decided to buy the advent calendar again and have it shipped express (an extra 12 dollars), only for it to arrive the exact same time as the first shipment. Now I have reached out multiple times asking for a refund of the other calendar and the shipping for it with absolutely 0 response. I have been a customer of this company for years and I am extremely disappointed in their showing this time around (particularly the customer "service," which is an email without a phone number to call). It makes me genuinely question whether I should ever purchase from this company again.

I ordered one of the editions as a part of the present for my partner's Christmass. Unfortunately, the edition that initially arrived was the wrong one, however, I contacted the company who came back to me and sorted everything; they sent the correct book to me, free of charge and with expedited shipping, and didn't even ask for the incorrect edition that was initially sent to be sent back to them. This was so helpful and generous, given the busy time of year! Now that we have the correct book, we also love it! Particular thanks to Trixie who helped the whole way through! Thank you!

Great book so far. I hope it helps our marriage grow to new heights. HA!

I have never received my order it has been shipped to Germany I contacted you over a week ago and no response.
I will not be ordering from you again and I will make it known that you don’t follow up on complaints and that orders never reach their actual destination.
This was a christmas gift that you have now ruined for my friends thank a lot!!!!

Made two separate orders and didn't get an email confirmation for one. But in the end that order made it and I understand Christmas is a busy season. Otherwise, was very easy to make the orders.

I have ordered a few Products from Adventure club. I haven’t been able to use all of them yet, but I can tell you right now that the connection cards for couples has been a great deal of fun and has heard good conversations. In fact, this cards is what brought about a conversation that moved my relationship with my girlfriend to the next level. I would recommend this cards to to help them get closer and to help resolve concerns in the relationship.

I was devastated when my Adventure Challenge package was stolen from the mail room. Christian in customer support was so helpful and kind, and went above and beyond to replace my stolen items! I wish more companies had such great customer service!

Easy web site. Wife said that was clearly targeted to men. Wishes that it was written and sold from a female perspective. Have not yet tried product. Likely won’t be able to convince spouse.

Once I placed my order for the book, the system flagged my address, I received an email very quickly from the team asking if the address was correct, once I responded the team member checked in every step of the way to make sure my purchase was delivered to me safely!
Extremely happy with the customer service and the book is incredible as well. Second time purchasing and I couldn’t fault the Adventure Challenge Team :)

The package I received was missing items from the description. I have reached out to customer service twice and received no response.

Unfortunately my order got lost in the post during the black Friday weekend. It took a little while to get a response from The Adventure Challenge, but once I did, their customer service was exemplary.

The advisor made a note in their calendar to check in once the specified time period elapsed and once the delivery details still said "delayed" (which it had been for 20 days!) they went ahead and sent out a replacement for me, checking in every step of the way.

I received my items today and am so happy with the quality. Looking forward to the challenges in 2025
