Bad Bad Broker…Read This Before Using Them

I guess they changed their name maybe because they had too many bad reviews under their old name? I would steer clear from this brokerage firm as they lied by omission and claimed that they weren’t legally obligated to share information about new legislation negatively affecting my purchase, claiming they weren’t an attorney and had no obligation to disclose. Even though they knew what was going on (as Kitty admitted so during a phone call) and it cost me over 30 K. Bad, bad bad firm, and I’m a licensed real estate broker in another state that requires brokers to disclose any material fact that could affect value. It affected me to the extent of a $30k assessment.

I’ve been licensed in multiple states, and most states require realtors, buyers agents, and listing agents to have a fiduciary responsibility to their client, making sure that your best interest is considered. But evidently, they did not follow this as both the listing broker and the selling broker. They were more interested in scamming the buyer so they could get a commission. Shame on you.
